SCHEDULE "A" PART-I (CIVIL WORKS)

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 150mm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of unserviceable debris to outside of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

Earthwork is deemed to be carried out by manual method. However mechanised method may be adopted without any extra cost to the government.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm of broken stone aggregate, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete, type B1, 1:2:4, using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete, type B1, 1:2:4, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc., and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes:-

(a) The rate is inclusive of finishing the exposed surfaces as per clause 4.11.16 of MES Schedule Part-I.

(b) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately as applicable.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel of upto 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Add for each 25mm or part thereof over 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 of designation 50 complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel as in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-65 complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in main reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick as in sub-base complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 100mm thick, 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate finished fair and even as in floor, pavings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM(1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall,, applying two coats of cement paint over a coat of primer to match with the existing adjoining surfaces including in narrow widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Preparing new surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade ‘A complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE "A" PART-II (LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT AND ALLIED WORKS)

Steel tubing, galvanised, medium grade, with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees etc., and laid in trenches / under roads / crossings etc., of the following bore of pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthwork as required shall be measured and paid separately.

(a) 25mm bore of pipe.

(b) 40mm bore of pipe.

(c) 50mm bore of pipe.

(d) 100mm bore of pipe.

Steel tubing, galvanised, medium grade, with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees etc., and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors etc., of the following bore of pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) 25mm bore of pipe.

(b) 40mm bore of pipe.

(c) 50mm bore of pipe.

(d) 100mm bore of pipe.

Gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of 50mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of bore of pipe 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Power / Sub-main wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 volts, grade multistranded copper conductor, two runs of single core 10 sqmm conforming to IS-694, drawn through and including suitable dia rigid PVC conduit, conduit fittings and conduit accessories alongwith one run 10 sqmm PVC insulated single core multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor concealed in walls and fixed with suitable clamps on ceiling / roof trusses etc. and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Two runs of 10 sqmm cable and one run of 10 sqmm cable and one run of conduit will be measured as one length.

(b) Cutting chases on walls for concealing pipes and cost of terminal box is deemed to be included in the item rates quoted for sub-main wiring / circuit wiring.

Sheet metal enclosures with socket plug top and MCBs, triple pole and neutral with three pin and earth plug and socket complete one triple pole MCB 32 Amps, 10 kA, "C" Curve, 240 V duly grouted on solid wall or fixed on wooden board complete all as specified and as directed.

MCCB 4 pole, 200 Amps, adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic, Ics=75% Icu with breaking capacity of 25 kA and connecting up fixed on existing LT panel board of CRCA sheet with necessary modification to enclosure, bus bar to match existing size and height complete all as specified and as directed.

MCB DB TPN 6 way, vertical, double door, CRCA sheet, powder coated with high quality weather proof paint, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz, with tinned copper bus bar of 250 Amps capacity, neutral link, earth link and connecting up duly grouted on solid wall or fixed on wooden board complete all as specified and as directed.

MCB DB TPN 8 way, vertical, double door, CRCA sheet, powder coated, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz, with tinned copper bus bar, neutral link, earth link housing with and including MCCB 4 pole, 200 Amps, adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic, Ics=75% Icu with breaking capacity of 25 kA and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed.

MCB 63 Amps, DP, 240 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply, "C" curve with breaking capacity of 10 kA complete all as specified and as directed.

MCB 40 Amps, FP, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply, "C" curve with breaking capacity of 10 kA complete all as specified and as directed.

XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, in trenches / drawn through pipe / fixed on walls / bare in road crossings / paths / drains / ducts / floors / fixed on poles / equipments of size 3.5 core, cross sectional area 120 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Earthwork, cushioning, protection for cable etc., as required shall be measured and paid separately.

(b) Lugs and glands shall be used appropriately wherever required while connecting cables to the panel board and the quoted rates are deemed be include for the same.

Fine sieved excavated dry soil laid to required width of trench at bottom and top for cable cushioning all as specified and as directed.

(a) Punned thickness only shall be measured.

(b) The soil used shall be free from sharp grains and deletrious materials like dry / decayed plants etc.,

Common burnt bricks sub class "B" of old size, designation 50, laid dry in trenches with width equal to length of bricks across the cable for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of industrial new generation laundry equipments as detailed below complete with accessories and necessary foundation as required with PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregateess remote complete all as OEM specification and as specified and directed.

Notes:-

(a) The laundry equipments shall be installed by authorised personnel of OEM.

(b) The laundry equipments shall be of Ramsons-IFB Model No. as mentioned in BOQ or equivalent of makes given here-in-after.

(c) The contractor shall furnish the manufacturers warranty card to the Engineer-in-Charge after satisfactory commissioning of the Laundry Equipment.

(d) The rate quoted is deemed to include all aspects as recommended by OEM though not specifically stated in the tender documents.

(e) The description given in the BOQ are brief. It shall be read in conjunction with particular specification given here-in-after and the rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the provisons given therein.
