SCHEDULE A

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., including removal of debris out side of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Fly ash Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 above but except bricks obtained from demotion of brick work

PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including use and waste of form work and finishing the exposed faces of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, sub base of floors and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound

Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on brick or stone or concrete surfaces,first coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately. (b) The unit rate quoted is deemed to included for Removing of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15 cm cleaning/cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste around 3 m from plinth protection to outside MD land Note: Periodicity of cutting of grass shall be before commencement of work and after completion of repairs.

High strength corrosion resistant deformed TMTsteel bar of grade Fe-500/500D , 5 mm dia to 10 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips in stirrups , spacers and binders etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in stone walls/brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required exceeding half brick wall and not exceeding one brick wall work complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel sections in hold fasts, clamps, wind ties and similar small articles confirming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310.0 complete all as specified and directed.

Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc . n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel'

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M deep in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of soils to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5KM and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

Mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including necessary welding where required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290) including dismantling existing posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, embedded in concrete or brick work including taking down out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire including dismantling fencing wire mesh, barbed wire any type and any size. Note :- (a) Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately. (b) The unit rate quoted is deemed to be included for removing of accumulated earth any width and depth upto 15 cm cleaning/ cutting the grass/ tream down shurbs/ branches/ small trees with hand operated petrol/ kerosene driven fgrass cutting machine and removing the grass waste around 3m from fencing post to outside MD land.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any size or type as directed complete all as specified. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and Dialneter of neck in 5 to 10 MM complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled sections confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates including dimantling of existing one all as directed.

Pre painted Coloured Galvalume roofing system sheet 0.50 mm thick having Zinc aluminum alloy coating AZ150 shall be as per IS:277/ASTM 1379 150 gsm/ sqm double ribbed trapezoidal profile steel sheet any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including dimantling of existing one all complete all as directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dimantling of existing one all as directed.

Note for Pre-painted coloured Galvalume roofing :-

(i) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of sheet must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

(ii) The contractor shall ensured that no leakages take place from the roof. The roofing shall be Coloured Galvalume roofing system (olive green colour or as approved by GE) with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm Total coated thickness (TCT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall conform to the physical specifications of IS: 2062 of 2011, coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium / Zinc alloy coating AZ150 as 150 gm/sq.mt total on both sides.

(iii) The painting shall be coloured baked enamel polyester with silicon coating of film thickness 25 microns nominal on the exposed face/exterior side and on the reverse side ( interior face) shall be white with 15 microns film thickness, over a coat of 5 micron nominal thickness Primer.

(iv) The contractor shall produce purchase vouchers for each lot for verification of Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing newly plastered surface of wall and applying 2 coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Providing type C-1 , 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) , precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joint' as directed) setting in mortar, complete, in walls

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, or concrete or ceilings etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering and Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on brick or stone or concrete surfaces,first coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Hard core of broken/crushed stone aggregate of gauge n.exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing, etc complete including Demolition of Cement Concrete and disposal of rubbish material to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.all as specified and directed.

High strength corrosion resistant deformed TMTsteel bar of grade Fe-500/500D , 6 mm dia to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

Demolition of un-reinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 Cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Removing plant/Uprooting of vegetation growth including roots on wall/roof/parapet near pipes etc and applying acid treatment after removing roots for preventing regrowth and making good disturbed surfaces/area in superficial area exc 150sq.cm but n.exc 400 sq.cm and averaging depth not exceeding 10 cm by using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) or 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 as required and finishing the surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to inclusive of double steel scaffolding. (b) Contractor shall provided safety gears to his workers at his own cost and safety pre caution to avoid accidents.

Providing 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to tiles complete including demolition of concrete and removing rubish material to out side MD land all as specified and directed .

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick, 400 x 400 x 25 mm thick machine pressed heavy duty any pattern/type, chemically treated set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in paths, etc and cut and polished using grey cement and pigments over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:6) including making of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges/ cornors complete all as specified. Note : The Unit rate quoted is included for Demolition of Stone Slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar

Mild steel work in framed work such as grills and similar work including framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters etc., including of fixing of sheet steel or other covering to doors etc., to be prepared for hanging /sliding with or including either hooks or hinges or steel hanging door fittings etc., confirming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 work including dimantling of existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 as in louvres and jallies, 45mm thick (measured solid), including all .mouldings but excluding frame

Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-410-W)(E-250) quality including dimantling of existing one all as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces under 10 cm girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including one coat of red oxide primer

Note for item No 43 & 44 :- (a) All synthetic enamel paint, shall be of 1st quality manufactured by the standard firms of make as specified.

(b) The contractor shall inform the GE, within three weeks of the acceptance of the tender, the brand/names of the manufacturers of paint proposed to be used in the works and submit samples thereof and obtain prior written approval of GE before their use in works.

(c) The contractor shall when so required by the GE, produce certificate from the manufacturer or their representative to establish that the brands of paints purchased by the contractor from them, satisfy the requirements of the relevant Indian Standards. Tint of paint will be approved by the GE.

(d) Paints shall be obtained direct from approved manufacturer or from their authorized agents only of respective brands mentioned below and brought to site in sealed containers. The paint so procured shall be of first quality of any approved make as per list of makes specified. i. Berger Paints (Luxol), ii. Jenson & Nicholson (Brolac), iii. Shalimar Paints(Superlac), iv. Goodlass Nerolac (Nerolac), v. Asian Paints(Apcolite)

(e) Unless otherwise specified the tints of paint shall be as approved by the GE

(f) The contractor shall submit samples of the paints proposed for the work along with results of tests conducted in approved laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for approval.

(g) The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and dusted. All dirt scales oil and grease shall be thoroughly removed before painting is started. The prepared surface shall be inspected and approved by the GE before painting is commenced. The weather shall not be foggy/rainy, dusty or windy. The suitability of the weather will be determined by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(h) No hair marks from the brush or clogging of paint buddles shall be left on the work. Surface shall ordinarily not be painted until it has dried up completely. Trial patches of paint shall be laid at intervals to check if drying is satisfactory.

Supply only mild steel round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

75mm thick cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate), as in path/ plinth protection and finished cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel black sheet 0.80mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar works, cut to size, holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails for rebates and fixed to steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with rebated or weilded seams including bending or turning up mitred angles etc as required.

Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 gradeSt.-240) including dismantling existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast RCC type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole/drain covers set in CM 1:6 including demolition existing one complete all as directed.

Repair to ends of chajjas/ parapets by removing old concrete, loose material ,& cleaning of the reinforcement and finishing the surface in cement mortar 1:3 , finished fair & even and making good with existing finishes all as specified and directed. Note: Rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to inclusive of double steel scaffolding.

PCC 1:2:4 (Type B-2 using 40mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete in surface channels and drains including extra forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, modules, mitred/ stopped ends complete all as directed.

Checking of floor, plinth, plaster etc requiring masonry work and carrying out minor repairs such as edges, patches etc, including petty repairs material like sand, cement & aggregate to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The rates for plastering / plinth include for: (a) Preparing the surfaces. (b) Thickness of plaster/plinth key in joints, etc. (c) Anises, chamfers of any width, internal rounded angles upto 80mm in width or girth external rounded angles upto 80mm in width or girth. (d) All materials, labour and equipment & supply of integral waterproofing compound, (e) Scoring surface of plastering for key, where the surface is not required to be finished fair. (f) Plastering in patches (in repairs), exc 3 sq.m each patch, for preparing old walls to receive plastering'. Nothing extra shall be admissible for matching with existing work etc. (g) Any individual patch (other than nail hole, plug hole, etc.) are included for provided existing surface finish .

Removing debris to out side of MD land all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:-Contractor shall visit the site to ascertain the distance where the materials has to be disposed.
