Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position

providing and laying of mud concete under wooden flooring with 4 mm stone aggregate inckuding carriage and conplete job.

providing and fixing of 1.5 thick wooden plank for flooring with t&g including cost of wood and labour , complete job .

Providing and laying 40mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Dark shade using ordinary cement.

French spirit polishing with Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutmen"ts, posts ans sturts, etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, fmishing and reinforcement1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for·Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform
