Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B in ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, and baling out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and completed depositing the surplus excavated soil with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with intial lead and lifts and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, Five sand,eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specfication.

Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X 10 cm and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification and directed (SI 154-A)

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One Part of cement, one and half Part of M- Sand and three Part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications. TNDSS NO: 30 V, VI (S3), VII-3.

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors as per standard specification.

Providing barbed fencing using new G.I 2 play to 20 cm equal spacing including cost and conveyance of all materials to site excluding cost of cut stones and with CC 1:2:4 bed block fixing of bar bend wire etc., Complete- 10 Rm

Collection Supply & Fixing of Cut Stone Pillar of size 0.15x0.15x2.10 at 3.00 c/c including cost of earth work to a Pit of size 0.45x0.45x0.60 fixing the Cut stone pillar in the position and filling the Pit of size 0.45x0.45x0.30 with C C 1:3:6 etc., Complet. As per Std Specifications.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality of Country Bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 2-3/4" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specifications

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality – 10m2.
