Providing and fixing in position (As per 1868/1982) Aluminium sliding window of three tracks with rectangular pipe 95x38.10x0.90mm at weight 0.637Kilogram/One Running Metre. With window frame bottom track section 92 x 31.75 x 1.30 mm at weight 1.070 Kilogram/One Running Metre. Top and side track section 92x31.75x1.30mm at weight 0.933 Kilogram/Running metre. The shutter should be of bearing bottom 40x18x1.25mm at weight 0.417 Kilogram/One Running Metre. Inter locking section 40x18x1.10mm at weight0.469 Kilogram/Running metre and handle and top section 40 x 18 x 1.25 mm at weight 0.417 Kilogram/Running metre. As per detailed drawings and as directed by Engineer In-charge with all necessary Aluminium sections fixtures and fastenings such as roller bearing nylon casting and self locking catch fitted in vertical section of shutter including 5mm thick plain glass and aluminium mosquito net shutter with stainless steel jail with all required screws and nuts etc, complete. Size of sliding panel shall be minimum 900mm or as per direction of Engineer In-charge. Number of sliding panels in the given opening shall be decided by Engineer In-charge. Sliding window shall be with colour anodising with all round box. Quoted rate shall be including labour, material, lead , lift , transportation, taxes, duties, packing material behind box section , sealing of gaps. etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Actual area of finished window including box shall be measured at site. Nothing extra shall be payable separately. Aluminium tracks shall be Jindal/Indian Aluminium Company/Nalco

Filling the gap in between aluminium/ stone/ wood frame and adjacent RCC/Brick/ Stone/ wood/ Ceramic/ Gypsum work by providing weather/structural non sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete, complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540-F & ISO 11600. Up to 25mm width and 25 mm depth. Actual length of filled shall be measured for payments. Quoted rate shall be including labour, material, lead , lift , transportation, taxes, duties etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid separately.

Removing and re-fixing of existing SS 304 railing over parapet walls enabling fixing aluminium sliding windows. Quoted rate shall be including cost of removing railing from existing position , fixing railing on approved location with flanges and fasteners etc. Additional SS 304 shall be paid separately. Quoted rate shall be including labour, material, lead , lift , transportation, taxes, duties etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Actual length of railing removed at site shall be measured at site. Nothing extra us payable separately.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-In-charge,(for payment purpose only weight of new stainless steel members shall be considered including fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). Quoted rate shall be including labour, material, lead , lift , transportation, taxes, duties etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid separately.
