Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layar on roofs complete all as specified.

Demolation of mud puska on roof any thickness as directed.

PCC 1:3:6, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in padding over roof, minimum thickness at khurra as 50mm maintain a slope of 1:100 using water proofing compound complete all as specified.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified

PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in roof kerbs or mud stops/ coping etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamferred all as specified.

M&L for the following roof treatment. (a) 15 mm thick (average) cement screed/plaster in CM 1:4 on roof (concrete surfces) finishing even and fair all as specified. (b) Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick weight not less than 3.60kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt, fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. (c) Applying one coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 Ltr/Sqm. (d) Applying one coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane @ 0.50 litres per Sqm all as specified and directed. (e) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per square metre including cleaning the surfaces all as directed and specified.

PVC ( SWR) rain water pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete as as pecified including flat iror clamps 25x3mm complete all as specified including taking out old damaged AC rain water pipes.

PVC (SWR) bends of any radius for 110 mmdia rain water pipes with rubber ring joints a complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing of any size and removal to store

S&F medium grade galvanised steel tubing with all fittings fixed to wall or laid in floors for 20 mm bore GI tubing.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in water storage tank of any size/capacity/description/position located on terrace of the building including moving the demolition portions to low lying area or out of defence land all as specified and directed.

Dismanteling 500ltr water storage tank and removing to store

Rotational moulded polythene water storage tank cylindrical vertical with closed top 500ltr capacity hoisted and fixed in position incl 20 mm bore ball brass valves high pressure with polythene float and fly nut all as specified in SSR Part-1.

Repair to RCC sunshades, Chajjas, Balconies, Columns, bands, beams, ceilings and similar RCC work at any position/height by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports if required and stitching of cracks with mild steel U clamps made out of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrete block stretcher with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (Polymer based) and reinforced with PVC chicken mesh including form work where ever required and finished with10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including cutting grooves in brick /concrete wall and preparation of surfaces to receive finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement sheets [corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc] in roof coverings complete all as specified

Dismantling of wrought timber truss scantling 40Sq.cm and over in section framed work, provided for complete as directed .

Dismantling of wrought timber scantling as in fillets, post rafter , purlins etc under 40Sq.cm in section framed work, provided for complete as directed .

M&L for Preparation new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide as in primer all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed to self tapping screws as specified
