Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40 mm gauge machine broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary supports plain surfaces in foundation and basement in all floors for reinforcement cement concrete works such as pedestal bed blocks, staircase steps, RCC column, grade beams, plinth beam etc. using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm and B.G. 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak country wood joists of size 10x6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm center to center and supported with casurina props of 10 to 13 cm Ø spaced at 75 cm center to center at suitable intervals etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete of mix 1:3:6 (one cement Three sand and six aggregates) using 40 mm gauge machine broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one part of cement two part of sand and four part of aggregates) using machine broken granite jelly of 20 mm size for all cement concrete works excluding cost of centering shuttering strutting and also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators using finishing etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification. Plasting walls with cement mortar 1:4 (One part of cement four part of sand) 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification . TNDSS No 61
