Section-I

Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of Door drive VVVF along with all connected accessories suitable for 08/13 passenger capacity lift of make M/s Thyssenkrupp and M/s Otis installed at Carriappa Vihar and TPT including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of Car Operating Panel (COP) along with all connected accessories suitable for 08/13 passenger capacity lift of make M/s Thyssenkrupp and M/s Otis installed at Carriappa Vihar and TPT including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of Door sensor along with all connected accessories suitable for 08/13 passenger capacity lift of make M/s Thyssenkrupp and M/s Otis installed at Carriappa Vihar and TPT including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of Landing Operating Panel (LOP) assembly along with all connected accessories suitable for 08/13 passenger capacity lift of make M/s Thyssenkrupp and M/s Carriappa Vihar and TPT installed at Carriappa Vihar and TPT including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply and fixing OSG rope of size 6 strands x 19 of dia 6mm suitable for 08/13 passenger lifts including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- USHA MARTIN/ MAHADEV ELEVATOR/ BHARAT WIRE ROPE LTD/ SHREE STEEL WIRE & ROPE LTD.).

Supply & fixing CI pit pully suitable for 08/13 passenger lift of make Thyssen Krupp including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation). Note for Section-I :- The items given here-in-before are to be executed through OEM within completion of Phase-I (Sec-I) prior to commencement of comprehensive maintenance Phase-II (Sec-II & III) .

Section - II

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lift installed at Carriappa Vihar, lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MoU with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer of lift M/sThyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd,) by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + Six floor i.e total Seven landings with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. CARRIAPPA VIHAR:- (Block/ Building No. P/1 to P/10) (Total 10 Nos. Lift) Make of Lift:- M/sThyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. Capacity 13 Passengers = 10 Nos. lift Total Qty = 10 x 11 months = 110

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lift installed at TPT, lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MoU with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer of lift M/s OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd.) by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + Three Floor i.e total Four landings with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. TPT :- (Total 01 No. Lift) Make of Lift:- M/s OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd. Capacity 08 Passenger lift = 01 No. lift Total Qty = 01 x 11 months = 11

Notes for section II :- (i) The comprehensive maintenance & repair (Platinum Agreement for M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd and Gold Agreement for M/s OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd.) shall be done through respective OEM of existing lifts i.e. of M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd, and M/s OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa given on page No 101 to 103 from M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd and M/s OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd. within fifteen days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default. (iii) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement along with Tax Invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. (v) The contract included for repair, replacement of machines, motors, generators, door ropes, inverter/ ARD system, controller parts, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock break shoes, liners, contactors, relays, push bottons, coils, door operator VVF drive, VVVF main drive, car door, safety device limit switches, governor, hoistway door locks, indicators and minor mechanical spare parts. The cost of above materials are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor.

Notes for section II contd.../ :- (vi) The materials like replacement of car cabin, ceiling frames, panels, fixtures, hoist way door panels, door frames, cills, car floorings, floor covering, light fittings, bulbs, tubes, main line power swtiches, breakers, feeders to controller, hoist way wiring, hydralic jack outer casing, burried piping, alignment of elevator guide rails, smoke and fire sensors, communication devices, security systems, landing doors, sheave rim, hoist rope, ARD battery and ventilator fans are not included in the quoted rate. (vii) Light fittings including bulbs, tube lights, lift cabin fan and ARD battery shall be issued under Schedule 'B' for 'free for fixing' only. (viii) Contractor to note that monthly service will not be paid for the building undergoing special repairs/ unoccupied buildings and no penalty shall be imposed upon contractor, or all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ix) Contractor will prominently display his contact/ mobile number and OEM contact number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency. (x) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (xi) The OEM will also detail one technician staff to inspect the lift every week regarding functioning of lifts or any other issues arising in the lift. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge. Incase no technician detailed Rs. 500/- per week per lift will be deducted from conctractors dues. Technician should alaways carry service tools during site visit in every week. (xii) Monthly maintenance check will be carried out by OEM as per monthly maintenance check list mentioned in Particular Specification here-in-after. (xiii) The cost of items of Setion -I is not included in the items of Section -II.

Section - III

M & L water proofing treatement of lift well by fixing of 10mm dia aqua TP/Dr fixit/ SBR/ Fosroc grouting upto 75 mm depth by drilling with 12mm bore hole & fixing in cement mortar at 600mm c/c with grouting Dr Miracle/Dr fixit/SBR/Fosroc @ 4.1 kg/Sqm average grout preapered by mixing Dr Miracle powder with Dr Miracle Part 'B' with 5% Aqua bond/Dr fixit/SBR/Fosroc bonding agent by grouting pump @ 10 to 12 kg/Sqcm pressure on positive side and @ 3 to 4kg/sqcm on negative side including removal of nipple and making fair & fine by using two coats of Aqua Bond and Dr Miracle Part 2 powder/Dr fixit/SBR/Fosroc & 4 Kg/Sqm (1.5 kg Aqua bond : 2.5 Kg Dr Miracle part) with polymer modified concrete with chikenwire mesh and kota stone of 15mm - 20mm thick including dismantling of existing lift well after cleaning of lift with wire brush/washing at Carriappa Vihar & TPT complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricating and fixing structural mild steel angle iron, channel, MS sheet, MS bar (round, square or any other shape) for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates, brackets, machine guarding, pit pully guarding, pit ladder, flywheel guarding, counter weight guarding, nuts, bolts, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, screws, washers, fabricated from structural steel sections including welding, bending, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) at Carriappa Vihar and TPT complete all as specified and as directed. (Make of paint and primer:- ASIAN/ BERGER/ JOHNSON & NICHOLSON/ SHALIMAR)

M & L for painting of motor with gear assembly complete including ISMB (capacity 4 KW to 12 KW) installed in machine room of lift installation with two coats synthetic enamelled sky blue paint also where black paint is required and write the SM No on motor and panel with superior quality of synthetic enamelled white paint after scratching the old paint and preparing smooth surface suitable for painting complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge. (Make of paint and primer:- ASIAN/ BERGER/ JOHNSON & NICHOLSON/ SHALIMAR).

Supply and fixing of hand rails of 40 mm dia stainless steel, medium grade pipe with curved ending including necessary fittings screwing for passenger/goods lifts including taking down old unserviceable hand rails complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for aluminium chequered plate flooring 3mm thick five bar pattern fixing with acssesories including necessary cutting bending, edeging, chamfering etc inside the car cabin of 8/13 passenger lifts etc. including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
