Providing & fabrication of Exhibiting tablue approximately 3X9X4.5mtr on good condition truck/trailer with different type of material as requirement for fabrication on line of theme concering with the energy department as per approved drawing by department & tablue will be moved as route provided by the government department on Republic Day 26 January 2020 for display. The above work includes the following:- 1 – Prepartion of 3D view & drawing as directed by the energy department. 2- After satisfactory drawing it should be made as guided by the Engineer In Charge on the truck with the necessary material includes all labour & T&P etc complete. 3- Providing photographer & videographer to cover whole programme on 26 January 2020 Republic Day. 4- Wall Mounted LED TV should be provided by firm as directed by E/I. 5- Song should be sung as literature provided by the department. 6- Sufficient no of artist in proper dress and sound system should be provided by the firm to sing same song approved by department.
