Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, buzzer, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants , regulators, sockets etc excluding light fitting for taking credit removing from site and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for surface type point wiring with 1.50 Sq. mm (nominal area) FRLS-H PVC insulated and unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, laid in and including PVC casing capping medium duty complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/ceiling, including mild steel terminal boxes 1.25 mm thick conforming to IS-5133 (Part-I) with 3.0 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover (ISI Marked) for mounting switches/ regulator /bell push etc and including 1.50 Sq. mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, for one light point /bell point/ceiling fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed. (a) One light point or one fan point or bell point controlled by one switch or bell push

All as per item No 02 above but for one 5 amp switch socket combination on independent board,complete all as specified and directed (surface type point wiring with terminal box)

All as per item No 02 above but for one 5amp switch socket combination on same board,complete all as specified and directed (surface type point wiring with terminal box)

All as per item No. 02 above but using 2.5 sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed, cable for 3/6 pin 15 Amp socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board with and incl 1.5 sqmm green FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed, copper conductor as continuous earth wire with lugs complete all as specified and directed (surface type point wiring with terminal box).

Materials and Labour for concealed type point wiring with 1.50 Sq. mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, laid in and including PVC conduit complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/ceiling, including mild steel terminal boxes 1.25 mm thick conforming to IS-5133 (Part-I) with 3.0 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover (ISI Marked) for mounting modular type switches/ regulator /bell push etc and including 1.50 Sq. mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, for one light point /bell point/ ceiling fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed. (NOTES: - (i) Where tube light fitting is to be fitted/suspended, CI Circular boxes shall be provided with the PVC Pipes in the ceiling & the unit rate shall be deemed to be included for the same. (ii) Cost of cutting chases for concealed wiring shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates. No claim in this regard shall be entertained at a later stage) (a) One light point or one fan point controlled by one switch

(concealed wiring) (except terminal box and laminate cover), fixed to walls/ceiling, for mounting MODULAR TYPE switches
