Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Posts embedded in natural ground)

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary etc.)

Exavation in post holes in hard/dence soil (for similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning,filling in and remming each of broken rubble mixed with earth aroundin layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded crushed stone agg as in foundation/ sub base of posts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed ,drilling holes notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh/chain link fencing /barbed wire fencingincluding all necessary welding, drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work and providing MS flat for welding of GI mesh to posts or struts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, Diameter of neck is 11 to 15 mm, n exc 5 cm long, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends, binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia ,or securing with clips of Fe-410W(Gde.E250) quality -A or Fe290(Gde-E-165), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing 4 mm dia of galvanised steel wire 100 mm x 100 mm made up into matteres of cages, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires,any mesh,size and type to any type of standards rails ,straining bolts,etc including provission of binding wire. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs of Galvanised. 2 strand steel 2.24MM dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs WITH WIRE 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straing bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Prepration of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer n.exc. 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting to new surfaces steel based over a coat of red oxide primer exc. 10 cm width/girth including preparation of surfaces including filling with filler where reqd, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate block masonry with solid block exc 10cm in width and set as in wall etc in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Enfr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces of wall/ceiling, chajjas, roof projections etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Enfr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of concrete (PCC) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Cement concrete (unreinforced), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick Sand filling (Crushed Sand) under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block 60mm thick any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L 75mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in fdn and subbase to received top layer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Chequered cement concrte tile 20x20x25mm thick set in grey cement and no pigment, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, over 20 mm screed bed of CM 1:4 in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
