M&L for demolition of reinforced cement concrete any description complete all as specified and directed. Cement concrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition). complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stoneaggregate) as in manhole cover slabs set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in excavated approved earth in to trenches around pipe etc after laying of pipes and testing complete including watering and well ramming in 25cm layers complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Dismantling of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings dressed stone work and forecast concrete articles, complete all as sfd and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brickwork with subclass "B" bricks straight or curved on plan 'to any radius in half brick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work and mixing of integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc & prepare to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on brick masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4, finished complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair face of brick work or concrete surface, masonry surface other in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for Cutting holes in brick walls in cement for inserting holdfasts & making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings framed & hung/sliding as gates, including pestle hinges, stop, hand made sliding bolts, etc., with ends of bar shoulder &/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks , drain cover & similar work conforming to Fe 290 GDE -E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm grith or width, not otherwise described with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Dismantling wrought iron work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glass coping on top of walls in CM 1:3 and taking off and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Welding in repair thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but nexc 9mm size of length exc 2.5 cm but n exc 5 cm in length thickness of metal to be welded shall be exc 6mm but n.exc 9mm complete all as specified and directed

S&F MS works as of angles or tees, fixed independently cut to shape drilled incl. bending and welding angles of grade 410-FE including Dismantling all as specified and directed

S&F in repair punched tape concertina coil as per IS 4454 with galvanised coating thickness of 230mm Gm/Sm and punched tape as per IS 513 deep drawn quality with a galvanising coating thickness of 12 micron minimum having 50 nos of fixed in position and secured to both sides of shaped angle iron post with 2.642mm GI wire (concertina coil weighting 15Kg approx. per coil stretchable to 8 to 9m length complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing’s and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete including Dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded stone aggrigate) as in anchoring angle iron/hold fast bed plate etc above compound all or any position all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer/camouflage painting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm,watering,and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one haxagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm long and n exc 15cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm dia GI steel wire, PVC coated,75mmx75mm mesh, as in chain link fencing incl straining and fixing to posts and to straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanised iron, PVC coated, tying wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below and above ground level) and removing the unserviceable materials to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for chequered ruble moulded coloured tiles of size 20cm x20cm x 25 mm thick laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 St grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as foundation filling and mass concrete for post holes complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
