Supply, Laying , Testing & commissioning of cable in pipes/ ducts/ poles/ trenches/ under floor/ under road XLPE insulated cable screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured,electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 Volt grade (Earthed) IS: 7098 (Part II) 6.35 KV /11 KV (E) cross section area 95 Sq.mm 3 core complete in replacement all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item. )

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m deep and n.exc.1.5 m wide in soft /loose soil and getting out soft/loose soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft / loose soil, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal surplus soft/loose soil at a distance n. exc. 50 m and deposited where directed at a lavel not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm thick before laying cable and 15 cm thick over the cable as loose sand thickness complete all as specified and ditected. Note: Sand cushioning thickness (8 cm+15 cm=23 cm) are punned thickness and only Punned thickness will be measured and paid.

Supply & laying factory casted reinforced precast concrete with breaking capacity 350 kg for cable cover class HV type 2 with peak size 450mm X 180 X 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old UNSV VCB with taking shut down in writing ,opening of all electric cables and deposited to MES store yard complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply, installation, Commissioning and testing pedestal mounting type, HT Junction box of size 1.8 m(H) x 1.5m(W) x 1.0m(D), suitable for 3 phase 11 KV , AC 50 Hz supply, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA MS sheet with 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron frame, supports and legs, dust and vermin proof, suitable for Outdoor applications( IP-65 Protection) having canopy on top, double door in front side (Inner door should be bolted type and outer door should be hinged type with locking arrangement), complete with powder coated epoxy paint (RAL-7+A1032 - SIEMENS RED) all over the steel surfaces(both internally & externally) and complete with copper bus bar of suitable shape and size and length not less than 1.0mtr as per IE rule and a gap between busbar for 3 phase rating of 400 amps duly mounted on suitable HT insulators and suitable HT bracket for holding/fixing clamping the cables with clamps complete including PCC foundation pedestal 450mm height above ground level for fixing M.S angle legs complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor tremination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for making connection in supplied VCB above in 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm including taking out old joint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11kv, 3 Phase, 50Hz, totally enclosed metal glad SF-6 switch gear having ruptaering capacity 350MVA of rating 630 Amp, non-extensible outdoor, fixed type (IP 54) RMU (Ring main Unit) 5- Way comprising two No VCB as Incomers & 03 No Vaccum circuit breaker as outgoing, inside robotically welded stainless steel SS304 grade(non ferride and non magnete tite) and tank having min, thickness 2.5 mm & IP67 Degree protection. RMU should be provided with internal bus bars as well as earthing bus bar should be of copper, one number fault passage indicator per unit padiock provision & complete with accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of 21 Killo amp for one second )AFLR) as per IEC 62271-200. The earthing of cable shields. The outer enclosure main door should cover entire part of the switchgear including front cover and cable doors for providing complete IP54 protection. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting as required at site -

(a) 2 Nos Incoming 630 Amp motorised Vaccum circuit breaker, triple pole single break 3 position (On, Off and earth having STC capacity 21 KA for one seconds with copper bus bar and copper earth bar fitted high fixed type voltage indicator device as per IEC 61958-1 fully rated with earth switch, spring assisted mechanism with built in operating handle, arc proof hinged type cable cover air insulated cable boxes and boots suitable for bottom front entry termination of 3 core cable 95/120/185 sqmm. the operating sequence of VCB shall be O O.3 sec CO 3 minutes CO. THE Vccum interuptershall be RMU manufacturur on MAKE .EACH vcb module shall have self popwerd over current and eartgh fault relay wirth suitable CT for protection and metering .

(b) 03 No Outgoing 630 Amp motorised Vaccum circuit breaker, triple pole single break 3 position (On, Off and earth having STC capacity 21 KA for 3 seconds with copper bus bar and copper earth bar fitted high fixed type voltage indicator device as per IEC 61958-1 fully rated with earth switch, spring assisted mechanism with built in operating handle, arc proof hinged type cable cover air insulated cable boxes and boots suitable for bottom front entry termination of 3 core cable 95/120/185 sqmm.

(C) And bus bar with bus Connected PT Unit-01 No for metering consisting of following:- (i) Type M: Air insulated metering module 12 KV, 630 A 21 KA for 3 sec for each VCB module.. (ii) Voltage transformers of the ratio 11 KV/1.732/110 V/1.732.25 VA Class 1.0 with HT fuses on primary side and MCB on secondary side. (iii) Digital MFMs with 485 port to measure Amps, Volts, Frequency, PF, KWH, KVRA(iv) CFLs for illumination.(v) Space heaters with thermostat. (vi) RYB phase indicator (vii) Cable support busbar, stand for 3 way unit, 1 monometer & 1 operating handle. (viii) Set of bushing for external bushbar coupling.(ix) 2x12 Volt 180 AH Battery with battery charger of suitable capacity for motor operation. Input 230 V AC & output 24 V DC.(d) Capacitive voltage indicator fixed type VPIS 9-15KV.(e) necessary interlocking arrangement for sefty and operation.(f) operating handles for manual operation. (g) Mono meters.(h) Safety interlock shall be provided as per relevant IEC/IS standard and manufactures directions.

(I) Manual operation of vacuum circuit breaker should be possible without dismantling the motor from RMU. the motor should be fitted in such a way that it should not be outside from covers of RMU. (m) Coupling of RMU and metering module should be with the help of bolted type arrangement so that the coupling at site shall be easy. Plug in type bushing shall also be acceptable. (n) Minimum 5 module should accommodate in one tank to avoid multiple coupling at site.

(r) The auto changeover for incoming feeders shall be given through PLC OR any other electyrical interlocked logic so that at atime one incomer ON and other incomer OFF.done within 10-15 second.in case of existing incomer OFF then the other stand by incomer shall be strict on automatically. (t) PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for foundation of RMU as per recommendation of manufacturers & as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Any other parts/items not specified above but have been considered essential for smooth and safe functioning of the RMU system shall be included in the items and are covered against the quoted rate. the RMU cost be offerd from OEM on factory system house authorised partner make RMU shall not be accepted.

Material and labour for earthing complete in replacement with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm X 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt around earth plate, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit with CI Pit cover of size 300 X 300 mm with standard weight 7 Kg incl MS bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh, and 40 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, including earth work complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) The rates quoted shall also deemed to include the cost of Earth test point and earth wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode and the earth resistance of the whole system shall be as near as possible to 0 but shall not in any case exced one ohm. (ii) Any joints in earth lead from earth electrode to test point shall not be allowed / permitted. (iii) The rates quoted shall also deemed to include earth work in soft soil ,returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr
