Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12(D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinc+PVC coated , Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7mm, mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2mm (ID/OD), supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, as per drawing, all complete as per directions of Engineerincharge (cost of collection and filling of boulders to be paid separately) COLOUR CODE- SKY BLUE

Collection of locally available boulder from dump, carriage to site brought to shape and size either manual or mechanically with all lead packing the same into wire crete with fully tightens etc complete for 1 cum ( a deduction of 15% shall be made in volume of gabions).

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supply and mechanically laying of non preswsure NP3 class (medium duty) RCC hume pipe in mines premises complete as per instruction of EIC , 1800 mm dia RCC pipes (Laying by mechanical means). TOTAL HUMEPIPE QUANTITY MUST BE SUPPLIED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF COMMENCEMENT OF WORK.

Supply and mechanically laying of non preswsure NP3 class (medium duty) RCC hume pipe in mines premises complete as per instruction of EIC , 1200 mm dia RCC pipes (Laying by mechanical means). TOTAL HUMEPIPE QUANTITY MUST BE SUPPLIED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF COMMENCEMENT OF WORK.

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 900mm dia RCC hume pipe (Laying by manual/ mechanical means). TOTAL HUMEPIPE QUANTITY MUST BE SUPPLIED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF COMMENCEMENT OF WORK.

Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil/ silt by mechanical means (hydraulic excavaror)/ manual means including dozering, trasnportation, unloading at designated place, levelling and dressing of dump sites all inclusive as per instructions of EIC. with all lifts, lead upto 50 mtrs.

Supply and stacking at site 90 to 45 mm size crushed stone aggregate (not hand broken)

Supply and stacking at site 63 to 45 mm size crushed stone aggregate (not hand broken)

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in: Channels, angles, tees and flats

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer- in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Fixing precoated GI profile sheets 0.50 mm total coated thickness (only labour rate) using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Only profile sheet will be provided by department. (Fixing work -labour rate ).

Spreading stone aggregate complete complete including preparation of surface.
