Perimeter channel is fixed on the floor and the ceiling with the nylon sleeves @ 610 mm C/C with fully threaded self-tapping dry wall screws. Board is fixed to the 'W' profile with 25 mm countersunk ribbed head screws @ 200 mm C/C., all complete as per the drawing & directions of engineer-in-charge, the joints of the boards are finished with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide jointing tape to provide seamless finish.

Multipurpose cement board reinforced with suitable fibre cement screw : 8 mm thick cement fibre board, Type- B, Category- III as per IS: 14862 : 2000

Providing and fixing frame work for partitions/ wall lining etc. made of 50x50x1.6 mm hollow MS tube, placed along the walls, ceiling and floor in a grid pattern with spacing @ 60 cm centre to centre both ways (vertically & horizontally) or at required spacing near opening, with necessary welding at junctions and fixing the frame to wall/ ceiling/ floors with steel dash fasteners of 8 mm dia, 75 mm long bolt, including making provision for opening for doors, windows, electrical conduits, switch boards etc., including providing with two coats of approved steel primer etc. complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing thermal insulation with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS: 8183. Density 16 kg/m3, 50 mm thick, wrapped in 200G Virgin Polythene bags placed over existing false ceiling and held in position by criss-crossing GI wire.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead and disposal of rubish to the dumping ground notified by MCD Delhi within any lead:

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground notified by MCD Delhi within any lead and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal powder coated T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.40 mm thick on Silhouette profile, rotary stiched double webbed white with 6 mm reveal profile (white/ black),comprising of main-T runners of size 15x42 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x42 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x42 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 22x19x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

With 15 mm thick integral densified micro edge light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory-made acoustic single-leaf soundproof door, having minimum 55 mm thick door shutter, of approved size, complete with integral vision panel of size 300 mm × 300 mm, conforming to approved specifications and drawings, including the following: (i) Door shutter made of engineered solid core / acoustic core, suitable for sound insulation, finished with laminate / veneer / approved finish on both sides. (ii) Acoustic performance: Minimum STC rating of 35 dB or as approved. (iii) Factory-made MS / hardwood acoustic door frame (chokhat) with necessary rebates, grooves and acoustic seals, suitable for installation in masonry / RCC openings. (iv) Vision panel comprising double glazed acoustic glass of approved make and thickness, fixed with suitable beading and acoustic sealant. (v) Provision of peripheral acoustic sealing system, including neoprene / EPDM gaskets, drop-down acoustic seal at bottom (if required), to ensure effective sound insulation. (vi) Supply and fixing of all required door hardware, of approved make and quality, including: (a) Hydraulic door closer, (b) Lever handle / pull handle (c) Mortice lock / locking system with keys, (d) Door stopper / magnetic stopper, (e) Hinges and all associated accessories (vii) All fittings to be corrosion-resistant and suitable for heavy-duty use. (viii) Item includes transportation, handling, fixing, alignment, adjustment, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects. (ix) Civil work for fixing of door frame (chokhat) into wall opening is included.
