Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding over Aluminium rectangular tube of minimum size 50x25x2mm, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, for all heights and all levels etc. including: a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metallic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each0.5mm thick). The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics including all required frame work, fittings etc complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in Sqm. up to two decimal places.

Furniture works

Double Level Counter: Providing and fixing Double Level Counter, first step at 750 mm from ground, 900mm wide and Counter top at 1100 mm level and 300 mm wide. 12mm thick acrylic sheet (pure white in colour) to be used for counter top on 25 mm thick prelaminated commercial ply. Display unit with 8mm thick toughened glass fascia and 18mm thick prelaminated shelves to be in built in counter with movable shutter. Counter should contain retractable keyboard trays and partitioned drawers with drawer channel, cupboard units with swing door and auto close hinges. Drawers and cupboard are to be fixed with individual locks and handles. Cable manager and leg space are also to be provided.150mm high SS glossy skirting all Complete as per the design and instructions of engineer in charge. 12mm thick toughened glass partition to be provided above counter up-to roof height with necessary counter opening. Note: Only front elevation of wooden counter will be measured. (12mm thick toughened glass will be paid separately). Make laminate: GREENLAM, MARINO or equivalent.

Table: Supply and installation of Working Table 900mm length X600mm depth X750mm height made with 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination and all edges to be fixed with matching PVC edge beeding. Partitioned storage unit having swing door ,Partitioned cash drawer, Key board drawer and leg space are also to be provided with individual locks and handles, autoclose hinges, drawer channels etc. complete as per the aproved design and instructions of engineer in charge.

Medicine display shelf: Open Wooden display laminated cabinets made up of Pre-laminated MDF Board, exterior Grade-I 18 mm thick confirming to IS:14587 with decorative lamination on one side and other side balancing lamination with proper provision of racks and shelves. Backlit Flex Board: Supply, installation, testing and commitioning of backlit flex board box having min 100mm depth and in approved size and design with minimum 2 nos of LED tubelight of 6000K and 18W per 1 Sqm of board`s front elevation . The board shall be fabricated out of painted GI metal sheet on all sides excluding front and to be fixed over welded and painted 25X25X3mm MS angle frame in flex board size . The front side of the board should be fabricated with good quality PVC flex sheet printed in approved design and to be neatly fixed with GI sheet . The board shall be properly fixed in suitable location in proper line and level with all necessary fastners, supports etc. Electrical works likes electrical internal board wiring, connections, fittings, externaly fixed weather proof 2/3 pin plug points and sockets including its board etc. to be complete properly. All fabrication should be done as per aproved design and instructions of Engineer in Charge. Note: Only front elevation will be measured.
