Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) .

Same as above in Item No-2 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint.

Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Removal of old and damaged sunfilm from the glass panes of door and window shutters,including removal of Glue completely and carefully by scraping or by any means including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing sun-film of Gareware or equivalent make on glass panes of door and window shutters including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Existing old damage False ceiling tile and Providing and fixing New Matalic false ceiling Tile of approved materials of size 595X595 mm as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

S/F of Roller Zebra blind including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .

Fabrication & Fixing/Instalation of Executive Table of size (W 1345X D 695 X H 750) MM with side runner (885x390x760) including cost of all Fitting, materials,labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as approved design by E/I & as per site requirement.

Repairing of 5 seater Sofa with Superior quality tepetry and Superior Quality foam(4"x6") including supply of all labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as Direction by E/I .

Repairing of 1 seater Sofa Superior quality tepetry and Superior Quality foam(4"x6") including supply of all labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as Direction by E/I .
