Demolition of Un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc with using necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed

M & L Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies type B-0, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) of size 450x900mm & 25mm thick (measured solid), set in CM 1:4. including all mouldings including dismantling of existing Jallies & removed from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for chain link fencing MS galvanized, 3.14mm dia, 75x75mm mesh, fixed to RCC post including securing or tying with GI MS wire, staples etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilled, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securring wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work comforming to Fe- 290 Gde- E-165 complete & as directed.

S & F Mild Steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required , including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe290 (Gde - E - 165) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Mild steel screw bolts (diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm) (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparatinon of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints, n.exc 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a differenrt tint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Framed work as in doors or Gates, support on wall of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-, E- 250) A quality-with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hanging and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1.60 mm thick Mild Steel Plain, black sheet in Chullah hood, covering to door shutters, ducts, etc., cut to size, holes punched including fixing to MS clamps with necessary bolts and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type if standard rail s straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement Plaster on brick/Stone surface of wall/RCC wall built in cement mortar including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface complete all as specified an directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised (zinc coating) concertina coil 610mm dia (in stretched position) hot dip galvanised strip of 2.5mm dia core wire, weight not less than 9.5Kg/coil, 22 mm blade length, 14mm barbed width medium blade barb, distance between barbs 35mm c/c, with hardened galvanized steel clip fixed over Barbed wire with existing angle iron including dismantling of existing coil complete & as directed. Note :- (a) Horizontal barbed wire and angle iron support will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (b) Measurement will be made for stretch length.

S&F galvanised (zinc coating) concertina coil 1050 mm dia (in stretched position) with heavy galvanized strip of 2.6mm dia core wire, weight not less than 14.5Kg/coil, 22 mm blade length, medium blade barb, distance between barbs 35mm c/c, with hardened galvanized steel clip fixed over Barbed wire with existing angle iron including dismantling of existing coil complete & as directed. Note :- (a) Horizontal barbed wire and angle iron support will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (b) Measurement will be made for stretch length.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
