Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below
Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead Of area beyond 3 sq. metres
Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dum With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)
Providing, fixing, installation and commissioning of factory made Upvc ventilator/ fixed glass windows (Make: M/s. LG Hausys (or) equivalent) at all sizes at all levels / heights and all leads and lifts complete made out of unplasticised Poly Vinyl chloride frame from approved make of natural ivory color with outer frame of size 60mmx70mm, with wall thickness of 2.5mm(+/-0.2mm).The section is compatible for single glazing using multi point locking (Espag) with friction stay of SS304grade for openable.The gasket will be made of EPDM (Ethylene propylene dimonomer) with double gasket seating and work also includes applying sillicone sealants outside and acrylic sealant inside includes single glazing 5mm thick clear float glass/ 5mm frosed glass for ventilator/fixed glass window .The section will be reinforced with G.I sheet of 1.2mm thick with suitable drainage grouting including all necessary hardware fittings etc.,all complete as per architectural drawings and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Details of UPVC ventilator/fixed glass window is as follows Colur : Ivory white Outer frame size : 60mmx70mm Wall thickness : 2.5mm(+/-0.2mm) Glazing : 5G Clear 5mm. or 5mm frosed glass
