Taking down ceiling fans carefully after removing electrical connection of any make and size,bringing in to MES workshop,dismantling blades washing of fan body and blades with proper detergent ,opening of fan motor and greasing and oiling/ overhauling of ball bearing and bushes respectively complete including replacement of defective unserviceable ball bearing & bushes reassembling the fan motor and testing complete including replacement of unserviceable defective spare parts such as 3 core 1sqmm copper flexible wire, fan capacitor 2.5/3.15MFD, capacitor holding clamp, PVC connector ,canopies, rubber reel hanging clamp with 12mm dia nut bolt etc of suitable length, split pins heavy duty of sizes locking screws & fan blades fixing screws if found unserviceable /defective. Painting of fans blades with two coat of milky white enameled spray superior quality paint of approved quality after removing of dust grease and preparation surface for painting and filling of cavities putty complete including writing MES No on the fan body including refixing fan at required location all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge. Note : Spare parts such as copper flexible wire fan capacitor, capacitor holding clamp, PVC connector, Bolts, Nuts, rubber packing holding clamp, Split pin ,bearings/bushes and screws etc shall measured and paid separately under respective items.

Painting of fans blades with two coats of Grey enameled spray superior quality paint of approved quality after removing of dust, grease and preparation surface for painting and filling of cavities putty complete including writing FR No (MES No)on the fan body including refixing the exhaust fan at required location all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Spare parts such as copper flexible wire fan capacitor, capacitor holding clamp, PVC connector, Bolts, Nuts, rubber packing holding clamp, Split pin ,bearings/bushes and screws etc shall measured and paid separately under respective items.

Dismantling of ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep of any make, taking out old burnt copper winding wires, cleaning of slots, replacement of unserviceable ball bearing, bushes, rewinding of ceiling fan complete, including insulation with copper enamelled wire size as per existing providing varnish, reassembling the fan after proper greasing of ball bearing oiling of bushes complete including replacement of unserviceable fan capacitor 2.5/3.15 MFD, copper flexible 3 core 1sqmm wire, capacitor holding clamp, canopies, locking screws, split pin, rubber reel, holding clamp with 12mm dia nut bolt with washers ,PVC connector 2 way and blade screws etc (if required ) complete all as specified and directed Note :-Fans for repairing, rewinding will be issued from E/M Store yard.

Dismantling of ceiling fan of 1400 mm sweep of any make, taking out old burnt copper winding wires, cleaning of slots, replacement of unserviceable ball bearing, bushes, rewinding of ceiling fan complete, including insulation with copper enamelled wire size as per existing providing varnish, reassembling the fan after proper greasing of ball bearing oiling of bushes complete including replacement of unserviceable fan capacitor 2.5/3.15 MFD, copper flexible 3 core 1sqmm wire, capacitor holding clamp, canopies, locking screws, split pin, rubber reel, holding clamp with 12mm dia nut bolt with washers ,PVC connector 2 way and blade screws etc (if required ) complete all as specified and directed Note :-Fans for repairing, rewinding will be issued from E/M Store yard.

Dismantling of cabin fan of any size of any make, taking out old burnt copper winding wires cleaning of slots, replacement of unserviceable ball bearing, bushes, rewinding of cabin fan complete, including insulation with copper enamelled wire size as per existing providing varnish, reassembling the fan after proper greasing of ball bearing oiling of bushes complete including replacement of unserviceable fan capacitor 2.5/3.15 MFD, copper flexible 3 core 1sqmm wire, capacitor holding clamp, locking screws, split pin, rubber holding clamp with 12mm dia nut bolt with washers, PVC connector 2 way and blade screws etc (if required) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Wall mounting fan of any size of any make, taking out old burnt copper winding wires cleaning of slots, replacement of unserviceable ball bearing, bushes, rewinding of wall mounting fan complete ,including insulation material E grading providing varnish, reassembling the fan after proper greasing of ball bearing oiling of bushes complete including replacement of unserviceable fan capacitor 2.5/3.15 MFD, copper flexible 3 core 1sqmm wire, capacitor holding clamp, locking screws, split pin, rubber holding clamp with 12mm dia nut bolt with washers, PVC connector 2 way and blade screws etc (if required ) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of the following spare parts (a) Ball bearing of adequate size

(b) Gun metal bush of suitable size

(c) Split pin

(d) Capacitor holding clamp

(e) Rubber reel

Painting of ceiling fan off sizes with one coat of milky white enamelled spray paint of approved quality after preparation of surface, filling of cavities with metal putty, rewriting the MES No on the fan body with black paint complete all as specified and directed .

Painting of Rewinded Exhaust fan off sizes against Srl Item No 5,6, 7 above any size with one coat of milky white enamelled spray paint of approved quality after preparation of surface, filling of cavities with metal putty, rewriting the MES No on the fan body with black paint complete all as specified and directed .

Supply Only fan capacitor of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. (a) 2.5 MFD

Supply and replacement of PVC Connector 3 way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement Plastic canopies complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement Bottom Cover plastic complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacment Bolt nut with washer off sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement Fan hanging clamp complete rubber reel nut bolt washer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement locking screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement blade screw off sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Fan down rod made out of MS tubing company made 15 mm dia duly painted of size (a) 60 cm

Material and labour for mild steel fan hooks as in repair made out of MS flat 40x6mm, MS nut bolts 12mm dia suitable for GI pipe wooden truss or MS channel as per requirement complete including installation in any position i.e open or inside the ceiling (cost of removing & refixing ceiling sheet included in the rates quoted against the items complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fixing PVC copper cord flexible 3 core PVC insulated 1sqmm multi stranded copper conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Making suitable size of hole in stone masonary wall for fixing Exhaust fan including grouting the wall, inserting the bolts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortar and matching with the existing surface with color/white washing all as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Supply and fix regulator ventilation 250mm sweep plastic body fixing with complete nuts bolts washer etc as directed by Engr-in -Charge.
