M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete box type drain of internal size 1200mm x1200mm thickness not less then 150mm and load capacity not less then 80T and pattern as approved set in cement mortar (1:6) including excavatetion soft and hard soil such as road and hard surfaces, leveling, refilling, loading, unloading, and make the surface as before ,removing the excaveted material our side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Hardcore of guage n. exc 63mm, of broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thcik, watered and rammed to a true surface but except material all as specified and directed.

S & F MS rolled section as in main and jack rafters; purlins, girder, ball bearing dia not less then 200mm, circular wheel dia not less then 600mm where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for truss/colume/ staircase/ladder/anchor bolte for colums/base plates/gussate plates,plates,high strength friction grip nut bolts grade 10.9s length as per drected,grill grittings etc including cutting welding etc; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches any type strata of soil of not exc 1.5m wide, not exc 1.5m in depth and not exc 10 sqm on plan including demolition and breaking up existing pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in 1:4 cement mortar including returning and filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well rammed in layers not exec 25cm and removing excavated materials out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed including packing under and haunching against the sides of Internal dia of pipe 900mm drain pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC pipes class NP3 900mm dia grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed with bends and taper bends any size, including loading and unloading in trenches complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry/PCC blocks built in cement mortar including excavation for widening of drain removing the material out side of MOD land depth all as specified and directed by Eng-in - Charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C-I 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size, full or half bircks works straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster on walls in CM (1:6) finish the surfaces even & smooth complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick below or above ground level un re-inforced complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for PCC of type D2, 1:4:8 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in sub base,sub floor,paving and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggretate) as in surface channel or drain complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness( below or above ground level) all as directed.

M&L for cast in situ reinfoced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:6) work for landings, drain cover slabs, manholes, chajjas, water troughs, manger shleves and similar articles with plain faces including formwork and removal of framworks complete all as specified and as directed

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons, cills etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paver block and shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment laid dry over stone dust or sand base and compacted using vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for parking tiles any size 10 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors With mixture of white & grey cement in equal proportions & pigments with red and yellow colour over including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with in equal proportions & no pigments with red and yellow colour including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finish complete all as specified and directed
