S&F 15 mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of any length including taking down existing pipes and connection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing pipes and connection and Re fixing of 15 mm bore steel water tubing and connections in new or old positions to wall and ceiling or laid in floors after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of any length including taking down existing pipes and connection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing pipes and connection and Re fixing of 20 mm bore steel water tubing and connections in new or old positions to wall and ceiling or laid in floors after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc exc 250 & n.exc 500 liters of capacity including discoonecting and reconnecting/refixing after cleaning complete all as directed. Note :- Date of cleaning shall be written on tanks by using stencil letters with 10 cm high from synthetic enamel paint.

Taking down/removing of existing water proofing treatment on roof surfaces and wall surfaces complete, including screed bed, mud phuska, PCC,PCC tiles etc racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc,upto 0.50m depth and removing rubbish out side of MD land complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for screed bed 15 mm thick (average) plaster on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 on roof, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for spreading / brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg/ Sqm on old concrete surface all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC type B0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) thickness as required at site) for padding concrete as on roof, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces with provision of oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.50 Kg/ Sqm and providing 3 mm thick, APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-oven polyester fabric weighing not less than 160 gm /Sqm all as per detailed specifications, sealed with overlaps shall be with torch application and applying two coats of aluminium reflective paints complete all as specified and as directed .NOTES : - (i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note: Ratio of WPC with cement shall be as per manufacturers instructions.

M& L repair to chajja area n exc 2 sqm each including plaster in CM(1:3) or PCC type B0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) on top mixed with and including WPC,benching/haunching,repair to broken plaster with dubbing coat complete all as specified and directed.

M& L repair to chajja area exc 2 Sqm and n exc 4 sqm each including dismantling of upward facia,cutting of reinforcement , plaster in CM (1:3) or PCC type B 0(1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) on top mixed with and including WPC, benching/haunching, repair to broken plaster with dubbing coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning of roofs by getting out growing vegetations / grass & brooming down with removing it out of MD land premises of including repairing to damaged surface of roof by using CM (1:3) mixed with and including WPC & sealed with 85/25 hot blown grade bitumen complete in patch not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of roofs/Chajja by getting out growing vegetations/grass & brooming down with removing it out of MD land premises including repairing to damaged surface of roof by using CM (1:3) mixed with and including WPC & sealed with 85/25 hot blown grade bitumen complete in patch exc 2 but not exceeding 5.0 Sqm each complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for repairing of damaged portion of mouth at tarrace/roof surface of rain water pipe by cleaning and repairing to mouth of RWP by using CM (1:3) mixed with and including WPC & sealed with 85/25 hot blown grade bitumen complete to make joint of rain water pipe and roof surface fully leak proof complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars complete all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work (except bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6 (old size brick) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - old bricks obtained from demolition shall be re used. The rate quoted against this item is inclusive of necessary cleaning and stacking of bricks before incorporation in the work.

Taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc., all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete masonary in CM (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete masonary in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick after dubbing out average 10 mm thick on irregular face of ceiling in CM 1:4 on ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including chicken wire mesh fixed with nails or screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and 1mm thick wall care putty, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of water storage tank of 500 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, cylindrical, vertical with closed top and FDA approved, 100% UA stabilized, rust proof, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass ball valve 20 mm high pressure with polythene float and flynut, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore complete including dismantling/ taking out of old water tank & removing from site complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - Tank shall be white in colour and make of tank shall be engraved on the tank.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, roof kerbs or mud stops and the like, rounded or chamfered on edges including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type B-1 ( using 40mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base including demolition of existing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair flushing cistern kit with push button for any type of EWC ( one piece , wall hung, two piece etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing of sensor glass door including any material reuired like sensor , lock, fittings etc for making door serviceable complete all as specified and directed.( Material required for making door serviceable included in rate quoted by contractor )

M&L 12 mm thick of size 600x600 mm mineral fibre false ceiling system of pattern classic lite RH 99 (bevelled tegular) of Armstrong or equivalent make and model including grid system using hot dipped galvanised steel section, exposed surface with pre-powder coated capping, main runner and cross runner and to comprise main tee/runner 15mm x 38 mm size (load carring capacity 14 kg/sqm) spaced at 1200 mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffit and flush fitting 1200 mm long cross tee/runner to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to centre from 1200x 600 mm module, cut sub cross tee/runner 600mm require independent support. Wall angle of size 19mm x 19mm, secured to the periphery of the wall at 450 mm maximum centres.
