Complete replacement of Turning cable from Hydra mast to be carried out by way of disengaging /dismantling of cable from control gear box, turning pullies, and gears control hooks etc. and then providing and fitting of new cable (Steel Rope) of heavy duty quality having proper grade and gauge as per the existing cable and norms of company. The job includes applying fresh grease and oil wherever required. The job includes the P/F of D-Clamps of suitable size. All tools tackles, skilled labor involving in job should arranged from firm App. Size (90 meters). Complete job. To be approved by engineer incharge.
Complete M-oil change of engine (4 cylinder-Escort) to be carried out by way of draining out all old/damaged M-oil from engine, removing all filters and then washing/cleaning of sump filter brackets etc. and then providing filling of fresh M-oil of (Valvoline/Shell/CRB) or any other reputed make upto mark and providing fitting of M-oil filter 01 no. (Escort/Mico) Diesel filters (02 Nos) Air filter 01 No. with inner cartridge. Complete job. To be approved by engineer incharge.
Providing of grease Gun (01 No.) of superior quality and providing of tool kit comprising of: i. D- Spanner set (12 Nos) ii. Ring Spanner set (12 Nos) iii. Plier (01No) iv. Screw Driver double sided (01 No) (Taparia/Jellani) make. To be approved by engineer incharge. Complete job
