Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil n. exc 0.50 cum each, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25 cm including removing of surplus spoil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, in post hole, bed block & similar work etc including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing/fabricating mild steel tubular poles/posts, framed work, trusses, purlins, rafters and similar structural members exceeding 3.5 m and up to 7.0 m height, fabricated from hollow square/rectangular/circular steel tubes of Grade St-240, ERW or induction butt-welded, conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1), IS 4923 or latest relevant IS codes, including cutting, bending, drilling, welding, fabrication, assembly, erection, alignment, fixing in position, bolts, nuts, special shaped washers, all fittings and accessories, surface preparation and finishing, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing all materials and labour for framed mild steel plates (plain or chequered), channels and similar steel sections, square cut or notched, including ordinary and countersunk holes, cutting to required shape and size, edge preparation, drilling, punching, bolting, riveting, fitting and fixing, without any attachments, conforming to Grade Fe 410-O or Fe 310-O as per relevant Indian Standards. The item shall include all necessary materials, labour, tools and plants required for fabrication and erection, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing machine-made mild steel screw bolts, 5 mm to 10 mm diameter of shank, with hexagonal or square head at one end and threaded at the other end, or threaded at both ends, complete with washers and one hexagonal or square nut to each threaded end, of length exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100 mm, including placing, tightening and fixing in position, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing pre-painted Galvalume aluminium-zinc alloy coated GI based corrugated steel roofing sheets, 0.50 mm base metal thickness, AZ150 coating mass, of approved colour and minimum yield strength of 550 MPa, fixed to steel framing members with self-drilling/self-tapping screws complete with EPDM sealing washers, including side and end laps, cutting, drilling, hoisting, positioning and fixing in line and level, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing pre-painted Galvalume aluminium-zinc alloy coated GI based plain steel roofing sheets, 0.50 mm base metal thickness, AZ150 coating mass, of approved colour and minimum yield strength of 550 MPa, fixed to steel framing members with self-drilling/self-tapping screws complete with EPDM sealing washers, including side and end laps, cutting, drilling, hoisting, positioning and fixing in line and level, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing all materials and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate/anticorrosive primer followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make, on steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth, including cleaning, removing rust, mill scale, dust and other foreign matter, surface preparation, application of primer and paint, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing all materials and labour for surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth and averaging 15 cm in depth in soft/loose soil, including setting out, excavation, dressing and levelling of excavated surfaces, getting out excavated material, and disposing/removing the excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m from the edge of excavation, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material of any description, not exceeding 50 m lead, and depositing the same at locations as directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, including loading, unloading, stacking, spreading and levelling as required, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
