WHICH THE CONTRACTOR HAS FAILED TO DELIVER WITHIN THE PERIOD FIXED FOR DELIVERY IN THE CONTRACT OR AS EXTENDED FOR EACH WEEK OR PART OF A WEEK DURING WHICH THE DELIVERY OF SUCH STORES MAY BE IN RREARS WHERE DELIVERY THEREOF IS ACCEPTED AFTER EXPIRY OF HE AFORESAID PERIOD, SUBJECT TO A MAXIMUM OF 10% (TEN PERCENT) OF VALUE OF DELAYED SUPPLIES AND THE SAME WILL NOT BE WAIVED OFF EXCEPT IN CASES WHERE DELAY IS ON ACCOUNT OF RCF. NOTE:-(THIS IS APPLICABLE FOR TENDERS OPENED AFTER 31-MAR-2019).

IT SHOULD BE WRAPPED WITH ENVIROMENT FRIENDLY MATERIAL AND IT SHOULD H AVE STANDARD CLAMPING /FASTENING MECHANISM SO THAT IT CAN BE OPENED EASILY. IT SHOULD H AVE FIRM'S IDENTIFICATION MARK. 2. FIRST RETURANABLE FIXTURE ALONG WITH INTEGRATED WTCC BE RETAINED BY RCF & THIS FIXTURE SHALL BE EXCHANGED IN THE SECOND LOT SUPPLY AND SO ON. AT THE END OF THE CONTACT, THE FIRM SHALL COLLECT THE REMAINING RETURNABLE PACKING FIXT URE FROM RCF. 3. THE PACKING FIXTURE/FRAME TO BE FABRICATED HAVING SUFFICIENT STRENGHT TO BEAR APPROXIMATE 1 TONNE LOAD IN STATIC & MOVING CONDITION OF TWO COACH SET OF INTE GRATED WTCC. 4. THE FIXTURE /FRAME/PALLET SHOULD BE DESIGNED SO THAT THE PACKED WTCC R EMAIN PREFERABLY IN HORIZONTAL POSITION TO MINIMIZE SURFACE AREA. 5.
