Providing, & Fixing of KIRLOSKAR / DARLING /MBH make raw water transfer submersible pump having following specifications :- a) Discharge :- 154m3 /hr b) RPM:-2900 c) Head:-45meter d) Delivery size :-150mm e) Solid Handling :- 10mm f) Liquid-Raw water g) Method of starting:-(Star- Delta) h) Motor: - Water filled submersible motor with F class IP - 68 protection, operation at 400/415 volts, 50Hz, AC supply 3Phase. i) Motor Body: CI IS 210 FG 260 j) Cable: 1x4x25Sqmm of copper k) Pump casing: CI IS 210 FG 260 l) Impeller: CI IS 210 FG 260 m) Shaft: SS 410 The item includes lowering of pump with 10mm diameter, threaded steel rope on two sides from pump and tide with top beam of pump room, cable from pump and up to control panel and cable from supply point to starter, testing etc. complete with all required necessary arrangements.

Labour only for fixing of G.l. pipe of 150 mm dia. pipe connecting pump out let with existing CI pipe line network (pipe will be provided by company) but including cost of fittings such as rubber, washer, nut bolt etc. all complete as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge.

The job included Providing & Fixing of L&T make required electrical fittings of control panel such as 24 Nos. Fuse Base 400/A, 24 Nos. HRC fuse 400/A, 24 Nos. Alu Lugs 300 sqmm, 4 Nos. Enclosure for HRC Fuse Base with bus bar, 30 Nos. PVC Insulation Tape, 50 m. RR Kabel Copper wire 16 sqmm, etc. all Hardware & Labour Charges complete as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge.
