Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
Cleaning the exposed corroded Reinforcement as well as worn out concrete by sand blasting with air compressor including all materials, hire charges of machineries and labour etc. all complete as per technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Removal of defective concrete, cleaning the surface thoroughly, applying the shotcrete mixture mechanically with compressed air under pressure, comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregates, water and quick setting compound in the proportion as per clause 2807.1., sand and coarse aggregates conforming to IS: 383 and table 1 of IS: 9012 respectively, water cement ratio ranging from 0.35 to 0.50, density of gunite not less than 2000 kg/cum, strength not less than 25 Mpa and workmanship conforming to clause 2807.6 (Reference to MoRT&H's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Average thickness of shotcrete mixture 25mm to 40mm
Applying epoxy mortar over leached, honey combed and spalled concrete surface (@ 20-24 kg of Epoxy mortar/sqm) and exposed steel reinforcement complete as per Technical Specification (Reference to MORT&H's specification 2804). Thickness of epoxy mortar = 10mm
Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete ( crack/spalling shall be sealed with epoxy injection/grouting coating of epoxy resin @ 0.80kg /sqm should be applied ) (Reference to MORT&H's specification 2805).
Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy (Reference to MORT&H's specification 2800).
Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1 (Reference to MORT&H's specification 2803).
Carrying out repair of RCC M30 railing to bring it to the original shape.

Hire and labour charges for staging with sal bullah for super structure of bridge (Major and Minor) including stripping off and removing clearing on completion of work as per design and drawing approved by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 80 mm manufactured by MORT&H ,GOI Approved/Empanelled manufacturer and complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation (Reference to MORT&H's specification 2606).
Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD.By Mechanical Means.Reinforced Cement Concrete
Supplying, binding, fixing etc. including initial straightening, cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper postion of uncoated HYSD reinforcement bar in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications (Reference to MORT&H's specification 1600) .

The microconcrete should achieve a compressive strength not less than 10 MPa after 24 hours, 40 Mpa after 7 days and 50 Mpa after 28 days at 300C.It should have unrestrained expansion in between 1 to 4%. Flexural strength shall not be less than 5MPa after 28 days. Micro concrete should have a co-efficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete.
Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 5000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 202) By Mechanical Means Bituminous course
Providing and laying 50 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with approved grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500- 39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine-grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100°C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 516 (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 516 along with IRC:107).
Anti Carbonation coating for protection of Concrete Surface from Carbonation by with two coats of Single component solvent free, cold applied, pure acrylic polymer, (Anti carbonotion coat) breathable, elastomeric on a water based priming coat (Total 3 (three) coats Including priming coats) having 50% elongation property, UV resistant capacity, non-toxic with asthetic view, eco friendly and low VOC(Volatile Organic Compound) material. The product complies with the requirement as laid out in as per ASTM D822.Recommended DFT (Dry Film thickness): 100 -110 microns per coat. Top coat may have with 5 - 10% dilution if required and anti carbonation primer with l00% dilution with approx. DFT:20 micron. Total system DFT should not be less than 230 micron for getting better anti carbonatlon property on concrete surface as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note.- l} The rate is exclusive of the cost of scaffolding. 2} It may be used for the exposed surfaces of Concrete structures. 3} This item shall be executed only after specific Instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.
