RequiredContractor has to submit Consent letter for taking responsibility for any kind of electrical incidents, and arrange the sufficient number of electricians for attending the faults, during the entire contract period

RequiredEven though the tender meet the above qualification criteria they are subject to be disqualified if they have made misleading or false representation in the forms,statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements and /or record of proof performance such as abandoning the works,not properly completing the contract inordinate delays in completion ,litigation/FF

RequiredIn case of SC, ST & WLCCS who claim for exemption for Reserved works shall scanned the latest Original Audit Report for the year 2024-25

RequiredThe Successful Bidder shall ensure that all temporary / decorative lights are switched OFF before 06:00 AM every day without fail. If any light is found glowing during daytime, it will be treated as day burning and penalty shall be imposed. The penalty amount shall be deducted from the contractor?s work bill. Repeated violations will attract further action as per tender conditions.
