Non Quotable : Monthly Lump sum charges towards wages of contractual workers ( 1 Semi-skilled cook and 1 un-skilled helper / cleaner) for providing catering & canteen services at GSPL Guwahati HQ building for employees of GSPL HQ, Guwahati P/s, visitors, guests, contract workers, official functions / events etc. as per different clauses of Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) alongwith GCC given in the tender for effective functioning of the Catering services. Contract work shall also perform various jobs like preparing tea/snacks, meals, servicing the food, keeping the canteen in good hygienic condition and any other related job as per direction of Officer-in-Charge. (Based on minumum wages w.e.f. 01.10.2020)

Uniform: 2 sets per year for each contract worker. Cleaning Materials : Contractor shall provide cleaning material for cleaning and proper functioning of cafe as per requirement and advise of Officer In-charge. The contractor has to provide the cleaning materials as specified. The indicated quantity in the list may vary. The contractor shall submit the bill for actual quantity of items executed towards cleaning work to the Officer-In-Charge and after verification of bills, by Officer-In-Charge.
