Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate using GI earth wire 4 mm dia as earth electrode connected to bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel etc at one end and connected to equipment at another end.GI earth wire encased in and including 15 mm dia GI light grade pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment 20 dia bore GI pipe light grade as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, test point, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover slab of 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 duly reinforced with MS TMT bars 8 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. ROAD, PATH & HARD STANDING M & L for preparing black top surface of road and applying thermo plastic paint on marking of 2.5 mm thick single coat a center line, stop line, side line etc on roads as per IRC pattern. Road marking of not exceeding 100 mm wide using hot mark thermoplastic paint hot application) white or yellow by indineous modem propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredient such as binder, glass beads, titenium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter fillets etc. Thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be confirming to BS-6086 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc. as per IRC-35 with and including traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL Providing, supplying and laying of DWC pipe, Class-SN8 Structured Wall polyethelene Piping systems of 150mm internal dia (Pipe with online/offline coupler and elastomeric sealing ring) with non-smooth External Annular Corrugated and Smooth Internal Surfaces (Double Wall) for non-pressure underground Sewerage & Drainage application confirming to IS:16098-2013 including all materials, labours, T&P required for proper completion of work complete all as directed and specified.

Providing, supplying and laying of DWC pipe, Class-SN8 Structured Wall polyethelene Piping systems of 200mm internal dia (Pipe with online/offline coupler and elastomeric sealing ring) with non-smooth External Annular Corrugated and Smooth Internal Surfaces (Double Wall) for non-pressure underground Sewerage & Drainage application confirming to IS:16098-2013 including all materials, labours, T&P required for proper completion of work complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for RCC Septic tank for 150 user designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls , Base Slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft , manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter complete all as speci-fied and shown on drawings No. TD-750 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2.

S&F Polycarbonate junction box of size 250x200x150 mm with 01 No SP MCB 6 Amps 02 Nos alumin-ium bus bar of size 25 mmx3 mm for cable in/out fixed on porcelain support with hinged cover and locking arrangement fixed to the PSC/Steel pols by means of suitable size of clamps with nut, bolt and washer with and including locking arrangement fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug , bolts , nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.00 mtr long, complete all as specified and shown on drawings including the followings:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, returning filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting points. (b) PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including form work. (c) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work. (d) PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base. (e) Painting of poles externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto height of 1.5 m above plinth block. (f) Painting of coping shall be cement base paint complete all as directed. (g) Embeded portion shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint complete all as directed. Note:- (i) This item consists of provision of steel pole and work mentioned in para (a) to (g) only. All other connected work, shall be measured and paid separately.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with GI strip 32x6 mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, mild steel frame made out of angle iron of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 3 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6 mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20mm dia medium grade pipe for watering, 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for lead protection in and including alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion as directed. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine with and including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling /Taking out of LT panel of any type and any size complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old LT cable of 6 to 16 Sqmm 2 core including necessary earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old LT cable of 10 to 25 Sq mm 4 core including necessary earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old LT cable of 35 to 70 Sq mm 3.5 core including necessary earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old serviceable cable after disconnecting from panel /pole and Re-laying only cable of size upto 185 sqmm and connecting of any description /any make and in any position obtained from taking down with new route in trenches with using connected accessories complete all as specified and as directed . Note:-Excavation, returning filling, removal, sand and cable protection cover shall be meas-ured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ

Supply installation, commissioning and testing of transformer copper wound step down 160 KVA out door type 11/0.433 KV at no load 3 phase, 4 wire 50 HZ AC with oil immersed naturally cooled, delta connected on HV side and star connected in LV side in accordance with vector symbol DY-II with neutral brought out on secondary side and having tapping in step of ± 2 ½ %, ± 5% and ± 7 ½ % to be changed by mean of hand operated OFF load tap changing gear including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335, and including all fittings/accessories as specified in SSR Part I and IS-1180,1993 or as per latest, the transformer should have cable box on LT side and exposed brass bushings on HT side, oil temperature gauge, dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent, oil conservator tank, explosion vent, rating and terminal marking plate, oil level gauge, oil drain and filter valve, providing independent earthings terminals for neutral and body, PCC foundation complete in all respect and all other standard accessories etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Transformer shall be fixed on PCC plat form of size 3.0x2.5x1.2 mtr above ground level and 0.60 mtr below ground with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable steps including two inverted rolled steel channel fixed on the top of the plat form 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on external surfaces, earth work, form work, wtc complete with two coat white wash on plat form of approved shade all as specified. the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate of above item. (ii) The contractor shall arrange factory visit as detailed by accepting officer to check the above system.
