Providing and laying of stone soling tightly hand packed under foundation incld. all carriages up to site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 mix (1 Cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone agg.40mm Normal Size) using crushed agg. Including all leads, lists and all carriages. up to site of work complete.

Reinforcement cement concrete work in walls (any thickness),a) in slabs, lintals, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts, etc. up to floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 {1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 crushed graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work incl. straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete mild steel & medium tensile steel bars.

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping, etc. & removal of form work complete job.

Providing and applying of 15mm thick cement plaster of 1:4 mix

Structural steel work welded in built up sections for construction of GATE and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing of signboard including all necessary fittings and fixtures complete job. 1X22’-0”X3’-0”=66.00 sft

Applying ornamental plaster on columns/pillars including water proofing cement paint complete
