Dismantling/taking out existing hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing the dismantled debris to a distance exc 200m & n.exc 250m. all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with mixed water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M/L for water proofing treatment by applying oil bound bitumen primer, having a density of 0.87 - 0.89 Kg/lit, @ 0.40 ltrs/Sqm, providing and laying APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick of approved make including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15 cm end lap, laid and pasted with blue flame torching applications and finally finishing with two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1.Kg/Sqm all as specified and directed. (Note: The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator of approved make)

“M & L for applying two coats of Smart care damp proof of Asian Paints by roller/brush over a coat of primer with smart care damp proof 33 % dilution of Asian paints including preparation of existing surface by complete removal of existing treatment by means of chipping the surface to remove loose particles and mortar and clean the surface with wire brush and water wash etc including filling & coving with smart care repair mortar (wherever required), filling of crack filler with smart care crack filler of Asian Paints (wherever required) complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: The work shall be carried out by applicator of approved make) (Make : Asian Paints Smart care Damp proof).

Repair of Cracks by Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight)

M &L for applying two coats of water proofing coating system by applying shalicryl-215 of STP Ltd/Rain coat 601 of DR fixit /Barrier coat of Araldite over a coat of respective primer including preparation of plaster surface by complete removal of existing treatment including filling of crack with respective crack filler all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.
