Providing and fixing Glass reinforced concrete( GRC) Jaali in approved shade size pattern , design, thickness and color by spraying method using specialized equipments( power spray machines to attain the optimum strength) allowing simultaneous deposition of known+B2:E13 quantities of cementitious slurry and chopped glass fiber. The screens should be made from “ 53 grade white Portland cement quartz, fine silica sand , alkali resistant glass fiber manufactured by Saint Gobain or equivalent, super plasticizers, polymers and UV Resistant synthetic inorganic pigments .The material casting should take place in synthetic rubber/ FRP Mould . The fixing should be dry type ie to be done with SS-304 Grade L shaped clamps, dash fasterners, and pins/ anchors as per the direction of the architect/ engineer in charge. The work to be carried out at all heights depths.” The casted screen moulds must be stored under controlled temperatures ranging in between 5 degree Celsius – 45 degree Celsius.

Designing, providing, installing/fixing skylight consisting of 8 mm thick polycarbonate sheet in approved color (minimum 900mm wide) with standing seam on both sides & double tooth snap on locking system to ensure maximum uplift capability. The panel shall be coextruded UV protected and antiglare/soft light to prevent glare/sun streak . The cross section of one cell should not be more than 4mmX4mm & weight of single panel shall not be less than 3250 per square metre. The system shall be fitted on purlins with spacing as specified by manufacturer with stainless steel fastener & screws and supported on MS tube framework, complete as per specification, drawing and direction of Engineer in Charge. The rate includes cost of all the operations, labour materials and tests (as applicable) for proper completion of the work except the M.S tubular framework which shall be measured and paid separately (For payment purpose the area of finished polycarbonate sheet fixed in position shall only be measured).

Providing, fitting and fixing full height wall paneling to walls and columns where ever necessary from floor level to ceiling height or as per drawing/design installed by using 18mm 710 grade ply board (brand Century/Greenply or equivalent) framing system on top of the frame 9mm ply to be fixed with 1mm thk laminate( laminate code 40294 MR+,40268 MR+ make Merino or equivalent) flexi ply to be considered if any curve pattern of approved shade and colour finished as per design/drawing or as directed by the Architect/Engineer-in- Charge. The rate includes cost of cutouts for electrical switches, light fixtures, wall bracket fans if any, all complete with materials, labour, scaffolding, T&P, taxes etc.

Supplying & fixing of Charcoal/ PVC based Louvers of approved shade with the required groove pattern as approved by the Engineer on the vertical surface on the predetermined locations. The Item to include fixing of 9mm thick ply on the wall with the appropriate arrangement. Placing louvers above the 9mm thick ply with adhesive so as to fix them properly on the board. The item to include cutting required for electrical DB, MCB, sockets, switches etc. The item to also include wastage of materials and measurement to be done of the visible surface. (Make Euro Pratik/Rang/Leben or equivalent)

Providing and fixing 30mm/22 mm thick POP moulding in straight or circular shape as per drawing or direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of ISI marked 35 mm thick (Green/KIT/Century) Flush Door Shutters with vision panel finished with 1mm thick lamination both side total thickness of 37mm flush door Shutter with SS butt Hinges (150x85x5.5), SS Tower Bolt(250x10), 2 No Floor type double door stopper, Teak wood Leaping around the edges, 2 Nos. Back Buffer with all materials, adhesives etc complete. door groove finished with T profile as per design (Including Godrej make door closure, ornamental handle & Mortice Lock of Godrej make). 4 Nos. single door size (0.98x2.69M) & 4 Nos. Double door size (1.88x2.69M).including removing of existing aluminium door fixed with screws as per the direction of Engineerin-Charge.

Providing & fixing of 200mm wide wooden architrave with 12mm thick BWP grade plywood confirming IS:710 finished with 1mm thick approved Laminate with necessary teak wood beading & lipping as per the detail design.The cost includes all materials, labour, conveyance, scaffolding, T&P etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Providing Reception Table (size 8'x2'6") as per design on site in 19 mm 710 grade plywood (Green/KIT/Century) frame work with corian finish table top & borders, Provide 3nos drawer cabinet with slides locking arrangement,use necessary hardware like handles, channel, use T.W. foot rest.all areas should be laminate finish. 1 no. Shelf for CPU to be provided below the desk as shown in the drg. All the inner surfaces shall be finished with 1mm thick white inner laminate. Rate shall be inclusive of all necessary approved fittings like locks( Godrej make) for drawers and any miscellaneous hardware items. Table shall be as per delailed drawing given by Architect / instructions given by Architect etc. complete.

Supply and installation of Metal grille ceilings of size50x100x3000x1mm thk, cell size 150mm c/c, square edge, made up of Galvanised Mild steel, installed using Strut ceiling system. Strut ceiling system includes Strut Carrier, having 8mm circular perforations at 50mm pitch,sectional thickness 1.2mm, Leben/length 3600mm, equal flanges of 21mm, hung from the soffit at 1200mm centers with Hanger rod and soffit cleat. Providing and fixing of frameless glass railing system consisting of 12mm clear toughened glass( Saint gobain/ Modi make) and fixing with Dorma/Ozone make single leg spider, ceiling/bottom to glass connector, glass to glass connector, , all the necessary fittings upto all height including scaffolding all complete as shown in attached drawing and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter.
