Excavation in foundation and trenches (for pipes and pits in all depths etc.) in all lifts and in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft / hard rock, chiselling/weding out of rock, where blasting is prohibited and satruated soil, stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts, clear form the edge of excavation and than returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. Layer when required in to plinths side of foundation and trenches etc. Conslidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then conslidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excaveted earth as directed by Engineer-in Charge within all leads and lifts including uprooting of tree, dressing of beds and sides and preparation of sub grade, restortion of unmetalled/metalled/ paced surface to its original condition including soring, strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required providing diversion for traffic, fixing night sigal, fixing caution board, crossing over trenches for access to house complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Enginner -in- Charge.

Providing and laying cement conrete 1 : 3 :6 . ( 1 cement : 3 sand and : 6 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth upto all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1½ : 3 mix. ( 1 cement : 1½ : sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in :

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Lintle beams,girders,brassumers and cantilevers upto any floor two level etc. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges.

Arches upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

P/L cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complet excluding the cost of form work and reinforcemnet work,in suspended floor,roofs,landing and shelves and tdheir support Balconies,Beams,girders,bressumers and contilevers upto floor two level as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing mild / tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :- In flat surfaces with steel plates such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc upto all thickness in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintles side and soffits of beams, beam haunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintles not exceeding one metre in depth in all height within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges.

Edge of slab breaks in floors and walls under 20cm wide including and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceililing not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitureinforced concrete and plain concrete work in;- Arches upto 6.00 metres spain within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges.

Steel work welded in built-up section,trusses and framed work including cutting housting, fixing in position and applying a primering coat of red lead paint in gratings, framed guard bar, ladders, railngs, brackets and similars work with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing steel fiber reinforcement cement concrete (SFRC) man hole cover (Medium duty) and frame conforming to IS 12592 (Part-I) 1988 with latest ammendsments internal dia 500mm(Medium Duty) with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of M.S.Mosquito proofing ventilators 300mmx300mmx300mm complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
