M&L for preparation of old previously decorated surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, efflorescent salts etc and applying one coat of white wash on walls all as specified.

S&F for factory made glazed/ wire gauged/skeleton shutter, 35mm thick out of (well kiln seasoned) 2nd class hard wood (Siras or any second class Hard wood as approved by GE), the size of rails and styles as per IS, chemically pressure treated in factory against termite infestation prepared to receive wire gauge or glass (without sash bars), edges of frame chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads, all as specified. S & F Factory made Solid PVC door frame of size 50 x 47 mm , made out of 5mm plain coloured PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube fixed in opening complete as per manufacturer's specifications and making good the disturbed surfaces with plastering in CM 1:6 and the rate quoted is inclusive this element, noting extra shall be paid on this account complete all as specified.
