Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick using excavated soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20 watt LED Post top light fitting, energy saving, 240V, 50Hz AC, environmental friendly, aesthetically designed electronic constant current, IK07, having epoxy powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing top cover spun aluminium sheet powder coated, front cover clear acrylic diffuser with indirect symmetrical light distributio, IP-65 luminaire with high power LED as light source, 5700K, PF >0.9, THD<10% and light efficiency 85> , CRI > 70, Surge protection 5KV, fixed over existing post, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Integral dome type post top iantern, with white coloure plastic body dome of size 300 mm suitable for fixing on 80 mm pipe including 1 x 25 W LED lamp, including making connections complete all as per specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement factory made, CPRI approved LT Panel board (Dimention of Cubical / enclosure not less than 1500 mm x 1000 mm x 500mm), confirming to IS 5039, cubical compartmentalized, out door type double door, plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars four pole installed on porcelain / SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and outer shell made of of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA MS sheet , 50x50x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, the cubical have bottom channel of size 75x40mm, panel shall be over all powder coated with zink metal coating, front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size ( but not less than 2.5 Sqmm) and comprising of the following :-

All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate/glands. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacture.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular pole 9 meter long above coping) and applying two coat of aluminium paint, making of strip of 20 cm width (BLACK and white in alternate band) upto 1400 mm height with one synthetic enamel paint , rewriting pole No by painter with enamel paint, and painting the existing MS clamp with one coat of aluminum paint complete all as specifeid and directed.

Material and labour for writting of Pole Nos on existing pole with stencil out with white colour in BLACK background of 80 mm hight around the radius of pole and all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of LT panel by scrapping, making good distrubed surfaces by applying putties on uneven surface to make it even and M&L for spray painting to LT panel of any size with two coat of synthetic enamel paint with desired colour complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- 4 Run of ACSR conductor with 01 Run of GI wire shall be measured as 01 RM for payment. (ii) Linear length centre to centre of the poles shall only be measured. (iii) Cleaning / pruning of tree branches falling around the conductor shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rates

Supply and installed in replacement steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP - 31 (9 mtr long) complete with MS base plate of size 300 x 300 x 6mm thick at bottom, welded at the centre with through hole of 14 mm dia at a height of 300 mm above the coping finial cap and painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, making of strip of 300 mm width (balck and yellow in alternate band) upto 1500 mm height with one synthetic enamel paint, writing pole No with stencil with white colour in black background with synthetic enamel paint including excavation upto required depth and PCC type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded) at bottom and PCC type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded) for mass filling and pole coping (60x60x30cm) and rendering of coping with 5 mm thick in 1:3 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS TMT bars 8mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Deployment of manpower / tools / machinery etc for testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 1100 Volt LT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable cable cover/bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra PCC cover/bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (d) Note:- Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within one hour of notification of breakdown . In case the rep or contractor shall not come to the site of breakdown and start attending breakdown within 1.00 hour a penalty of Rs 1000 per fault per hour will be imposed over contractor and will be deduct from his dues.
