The rate may please be coated accordingly.
Supply and fixing structural framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with end including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A, complete including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer all as directed
Supply and fixing Pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing galvalume sheets having pitch 190mm, depth 29mm and thickness not less than 0.50mm (Galvalume base-PPGL trapezoidal profile sheets) fixed with aluminium self staging screws of size 50/75mm and aluminium washer of suitable size in roof covering all as specified and directed. Note : Over lap shall be as specified by manufacturer as in ridges.
Material and labour for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as required, depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall exc. 150Sqcm but n. exc. 400Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing 12mm thick perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and acoustic purpose, 60cm x 60cm size fixed with staples of anodized aluminium snap grid of size 605mm x 605mm framework for false ceiling including necessary GI wire hangers 3mm dia for securing frame work to ceiling, and also including necessary notching and prepared holes including two coat of oil emulsion distemper complete as specified and directed.
