Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor @ of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Including Cost of Bitumen)

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using Bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades. as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (Including Cost of Bitumen)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. (Including Cost of Bitumen)

Earth work in cutting or in embankment For patteris in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT(C.C ROAD) Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and constructionl joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compund (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 (approved Quarri grit) AS per S.O.R. Rate

Providing and laying Cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors.

RCC work Providing and Laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centring, shuttring, finishing and excluding reinforcement - all the work up to plinth level : (1:1.5:3) (1 Cement : 1.50 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and excluding the supply of steel and its wastage Bend, hooks, binding wire and authorized overlapping shall be measured upto floor to level.
