Notes :- (i) The maintenance / repair work shall be carried out through OEM only. The lowest bidder shall be obliged to Sign an MOU with the OEM for carrying out the maintenance & repair work and produce original MOU to accepting officer before acceptance of contract. (ii) The contractor to employ minimum one technical operator (skilled) having ITI certificate in relevant Trade with minimum three year experience of working of SCADA Software & PLC base control panels and one semi skilled tradesman having 10th pass certificate and shall have knowledge of water supply distribution system round the clock in each shift of 8 hrs. . (iii) Replacement of minor parts is deemed to be included in quoted rates, however the payment of major parts replaced shall be made in the respective items of Sch 'A as 'Supply and fix' including taking down unserviceable major part. (iv) If any dispute arises in respect of whether it is minor or major items , the deceision of accepting officer in this regards shall be final & binding.

(v) The contractor shall intimate in writting with regards to change of major items to Engineer-in-Charge/ GE. (vi) All components/ items required to be replaced shall be genuine and original parts of same manufacture's exist at site. The contractor shall got approval of GE before replacement. (vii) All the work shall be executed under the supervision experts provided by the manufacturer as per MOU with the OEM. (viii) The quantity of items against item No1 to 44 is tentative and actual quantity will be arrived during execution only, hence no claim will be entertained on account of variation in Qty. (ix) The tradesmen employed shall also clean all the vegetations in the surrounding area of the OHT/UG Sump, PLC control panel & motorised valve chambers. The cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item.
