Manufacturing and fixing in position RCC precast slab in C.C. 1:1.5:3, using 20 mm HBGS machine crushed jelly of following thickness, excluding cost of reinforcement grill but including moulding, finishing, curing and fixing in position etc. Complete. (100 mm thick:)

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of MS grills for reinforcement rate inc. the cost of steel for all works (the rate to include cost of binding wire also). Below 16mm Dia

Clearing the existing cement plaster surface the chipping materials clearing away from the site and cleaning etc., complete

Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 20mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) Using 40mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for foundation inc. consolidation and dewatering for foundation werever necessary etc.complete.

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement Two sand and Four aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for foundation inc. consolidation and dewatering for foundation wherever necessary etc.complete.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed exterior emulsion paint of first quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including preparing the surface, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc, complete as per standard specification.
