Design, Detail Engineering, Manufacturing, Inspection, Testing, Painting, Supply, Delivery and Supervision of Assembly/ Erection/Installation, Trial Runs, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of ‘Vacuum Filtration System’ comprises of Feed Pump, Preheating unit, Filter unit (bag/filter press/micro/polishing), Two Stage High Vacuum Degassing & De-hydration system, Discharge Pump, Vacuum, Valves, Instruments & Control Valves, Sampling Valves, Final Product cooler to cool the product to 40 deg C (using cold oil at 10 deg C for heat exchange), Control Panel, necessary accessories, Special Tools, Commissioning spares etc. complete as a system in all respect as per technical Specifications, Standards (No. 90-0RG2N-IS-025 & 90-0RG2N-IS-026) enclosed in ‘Annexure-C’ of NIT :-
