1.) Demolition of the damaged old 60000-liter capacity overhead water tank and construction of a new 60000-liter capacity overhead water tank in the Bharathipuram. H/O Karuvalli.

Earth work excavation & depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10 metre & initial lift of 2 metre in Hard shift clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth shales, murrum, gravel, stoney earth, and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil (SS 20B) for foundation including shoring, strutting, baling out water providing danger light wherever necessary depositing the surplus earth on bank and other incedential charges etc., complete and as directed by TWAD board Officers.First depth of 0 to 2 m

Sand filling for foundation with clear river sand including cost of sand watering, ramming and consolidation etc complete as directed by TWAD Board officers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm HBGS for levelling course for foundation including the cost of mixing concrete, ramming, curing etc., complete as directed by TWAD Board officers.

RCC in M30 GRADE using graded aggregtes of HBGs excluding cost of reinforcement, centering, shuttering strutting, but including cost of mixing concrete, placing, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing etc., complete as directed by TWAD Board officers. (For items 1.5m to 4.5m below GL)

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits I including necessary supports' and shuttering to the required height for RCC items using MS sheets of suitable size of BG.10 stiffeneq with welded MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x3mm of boarding, I type trust of size 25x25x3mm spce at about 90cm c/c and supported by 40 mm GI pipe (Medium) spaced at 75 cm complied to centre complying with standard specifications etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers. Painting two coats with approved cement paint over one coat of priming coat over cement plastered exposed surface of the Reservoir including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Supplying, cutting, bending, tying, fabricating and placing in position of steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire etc.( The steel should conform to the relevant ISspecification and supplied with test certificate Fe. 415 grade as per IS specification No.1786/1985 and as amended from time to time) delivery at site of work including loading, freight, unloading, stacking, transit insurance charges, taxes etc. complete.and as directed by the TWAD Board officers.

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for both sides and for steps at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., for I staging from GL to 1st level brace (weight 4.5kg/m) IInd and IIIrd staging upto floor slab and IVth staging from floor slab to roof top. Supply, delivery and fixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stage to IVth stage. RCC M30 Grade mix for Landing slab 5 nos. at Ground Level- 1No. and above Ground Level - 4Nos. Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm X 100mm X 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers.

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:11/2 :3 (one cement,one and half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centring,shuttering charges, mixing concrete,curing etc. to required height and clear width of 45 cm consisting of 2 nos. of vertical post of 10 cm x 15 cm and step slab of 25mm x 25mm etc.complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Providing 110mm PVC vent cowl arrangements mosquito proof nylon net and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Supply and fixing of cut stone of size 0.30m x 0.30m x 0.15m in CM 1;3(one cement and three sand) below inlet pipe for Service Reservoir as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Providing manhole cover of size 1x1 0.60 X 0.60M in CI with suitable reinforcement and 5O x 5O x 6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by TWAD Board officers.

Supply and delivery of GI pipe and specials as per ISI standerd specifications - (65mm dia GI Pipe)

Supply and delivery of 63mm OD 6 KSC PVC Pipe as per ISI Marked Standarad specification.

Lowering PVC pipes and specials to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment, jointing with PVC couplers with cement paste.

Refilling the excavated earth as per the standard specifications (63mm)

Refilling the foundation with excavated earth including consolidation as directed by the TWAD Board officers.

Labour charges for GI pipe connection to the OHT, for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour arrangements including cutting and threading, earth work excavation & refilling.
