Providing man - power for maintenance services for day to day maintenance of Electrical Installation of Residential Buildings of Directorate of Shipping Services at Marine Hill, Jawahar Colony, Dairyfarm and Dollygunj on as and when required basis and as per the direction of Engineer In - Charge. This includes with Labour and tools. SCOPE OF WORK (MAINTENANCE SERVICES) * This will include maintenance of all kind of defective Electrical installations, cables, wires, switches, sockets, L.T switch gears, main switches / DBs , panels, ceiling fans electrical fixtures at above sites. The maintenance works includes digging of trenches whenever required for maintenance of L.T under ground cables and earthing pits etc. as required. * Attend to all types of routine/ preventive maintenance works such as checking / cleaning, tightening at regular intervals of all electrical accessories and switch gears, DBs/Isolators, LT breakers, LT panels, Distribution boards, switch boards, earthing and switching "ON" & "OFF" to the area lighting at Dollygunj.
