SUBHEAD : II - ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT:

Supplying Chemical Emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified.

Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : (a) Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc.: (i) With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : (a) Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: (i) With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.

SUB HEAD - III : PLAIN AND REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE WORK:

Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying cement concrete in attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses,parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets,sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for Reinforced Cement Concrete Work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :-cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

Random Rubble Masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.Providing and placing in position 2 Nos 8mm dia. M.S. Bars at every third course of half brick masonry. a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

SUB HEAD - V : PLASTERING & SURFACE TREATMENT :

6 mm Thick Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) at all levels and locations for all concrete surfaces of columns, beams,walls, and slabs finished smooth and even etc., complete.

Providing of 12 mm cement plaster of mix in all surface with (a) cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) at all levels.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : Flush/ Ruled pointing All Round the perimeter

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers.

Providing and fixing Chicken wire Mesh 22 Guage of approved make with all necessary hard ware at the junction of RCC and brick work with required overlapping as directed by Engineer-in Charge etc., complete.

Providing and Applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved brand and shade over and including one coat of primer, including preparation of surface etc.,complete as directed.& with plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade:

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and includingpriming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Providing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade over a coat of primer including preparation of surface and applying approved brand putty on following surfaces at all levels and locations etc., complete.

SUB HEAD - VI : FLOORING WORK:

Providing and Laying Vaccum dewatered cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1 cement ;1.5 coarse sand and 3 graded aggregate of 20mm)flooring in alternate panels of 3x4m including reinforcement 10mm at 150c/c .Vaccum dewatered technic to accelerate the evaporation of excess water in green concrete using rigid or flexible suction mat incorporating filter layer and vaccum generators (80 to 90% vaccum to be applied at the rate of 3 to 5 minute per 25mm depth ) all as per specification including cutting grooves 4mmx20mm deep in flooring with diamond saw cutting machine before the concrete is seven days old including providing and filling the grooves with polysulphate sealant of approved make or equivalent (modified semi rigid epoxy joint filler ) including cost of required the panel shuttering work with steel channel and as per direction of Engineer-In- charge.The work shall be carried out by specialist agency approved by Engineer -in charge

Anti static Flooring : Preparing the concrete floor surface using captive shot blasting machine .Cut open all construction joints to fill with epoxy putty using Nitocote VF or Equivalent .Same treatment will be carried out to treat shrinkage joints.Providing and laying one coat of Nitoprime 25 or equivalent .Providing and applying Nitoflor SL or equivalent conductive undercoat and overcoated with Notoflor SL or equivalent conduvtive top coat in 2mm thick over primed surface at 7.5 sq mt per pack and finishing as per Forsroc specification .When measured for surface resistance in accordance with BS2050:1978 (A-1984) and DIN EN 1081 ,the static conductive topping including under coat shall be in range of 50-1000 K ohms. When tested for static decay as per Federal test method 101B ,Method 4046, the static conductive tppic shall take not more than a time of 0.01 seconds to decay with +5KV peak charge to 0% .The surface resistance of the conductive undercoat shall be in the range of 3-9 K ohms .Note : Copper strip will be provided to connet earthing point for safe discharge of charges .Make : Forsroc or Equivalent.

Providing and laying Double Charged vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. SUPPLY OF LABAN FALSE FLOORING-False flooring will consist of 600 mm x 600mm x35 mm size panel made from steel. Supplying and fixing Rolling Shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. a) 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) Railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

SUB HEAD - VIII : STEEL, WOOD, UPVC & ALUMINIUM WORK :

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351,manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge:

(Profile C) Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb

Providing and fixing 35mm thick Flush Door Shutters, with commercial ply with teak veneering on the both sides or approved make, core of block board construction with frame of first class hard wood including providing and fixing internal lipping with second class teak wood battens 25mm minimum depth on all edges of shutter etc.,complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour sliding or openable glazed window upto 1.65 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mmthick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of requiredlength (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVCextruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile,zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with singlenylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm sizefor fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profileof frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, includingdrilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing framethe gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proofsilicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all completeas per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Three track three panels sliding window made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension.

Providing and fixing glazing in upvc door, window, ventilator shuttersand partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the Architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of M.S. Grills to windows & ventilators frames using MS flats, square rods all as per design etc., complete with a shop coat of primer.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness .The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat . Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856 including fixing to frames.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling,C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : a) For fixed portion. i) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron):

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) a) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

Providing and Fixing factory made uPVC door frame, made of uPVC exturded sections, of size 65 mm x 55 mm with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame to be mitred cut and jointed with plastic brackets and stainless steel screws, reinforcing hinge side vertical of the frames with PVC profile of Size 28 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 2 mm (±0.2 mm), including providing & fixing 3 nos of 125 mm long stainless steel hinges to the frame, fixing the frame with jamb with required number & size of anchor dash fastners, all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

35 mm thick factory made Solid panel UPVC Door shutter, made out of single piece extruded soild PVC profiles, 5 mm (± 0.2 mm) thick, having styles & rails (except lock rail) of size 95 mmx 35 mm x 5 mm, out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered (on both side), having one side thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power, including reinforcing with MS tube of size 40 mm X 20 mm x 1 mm, joints of styles & rails to be mitered cut & joint with the help of PVC solvent cement, self driven self tapping screws & M.S. rectangular pipes bracket of size 190 mm X 100 mm of cross section size 35 mm x 17 mm x 1 mm at each corner. Single piece extruded 5 mm thick solid PVC Lock rail of size 115 mm x 35 mm, out of which 75 mm to be flat and 20 mm to be tapered at both ends, having 15 mm solid core in middle of rail section integrally extruded, fixing the styles & rails with the help of solvent and self driven self tapping screws of 125 mm x 11 mm, including providing 5 mm Single piece solid PVC extruded sheet inserted in the door as panel, all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Designing, fabricating, testing, protection, installing and fixing glass 6 to 12mm thickness in positionsemi (grid) unitized system of structural glazing (with open joints) for linearas well as curvilinear portions of the building for all heights and all levels,including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for the specified design loads conforming to IS 875 part III (the system must passedthe proof test at 1.5 times design wind pressure without any failure), ludingfunctional design of the aluminum sections for fixing glazing panels of various thicknesses, aluminium cleats, sleeves and splice plates etc. gaskets, screws,toggles, nuts, bolts, clamps etc., structural and weather silicone sealants,flashings, fire stop (barrier)-cum-smoke seals, microwave cured EPDM gasketsfor water tightness, pressure qualisation & drainage and protection againstfire hazard including: (b) Fabricating and supplying serrated M.S. hot dip galvanised / Aluminiumalloy of 6005 T5 brackets of required sizes, sections and profiles etc. to accommodate 3 Dimentional movement for achieving perfect verticality and fixing structural glazing system rigidly to the RCC/ masonry/structural steelframework of building structure using stainless steel anchor fasteners/ bolts,nylon seperator to prevent bimetallic contacts with nuts and washers etc. ofstainless steel grade 316, of the required capacity and in required numbers.

d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen and the like consisting of: (i) Ist course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. (ii) IInd course of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. (iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg. per sqm of area. (iv) IVth course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet. The material shall have High mechanical resistance, Resistance to wash-out waters action, Resistance to roots, Resistance to bursting. Complete shop drawings required for implementation of the work should be submitted before execution. Service guarantee shall be given for a period of 5(five) years from the date of completion. Any defects in waterproofing including damages occured to other items due to the defective water proofing treatment during the service/ guarantee period shall be rectified satisfactorily immediately at the risk and cost of the contractor. ELCTRICAL PANEL

Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3 phase and Neutral 415V 4 wire Free Standing Floor mounted MV panel made out of 2mm thick CRCA/Galvanised steel enclosure for main frame and 1.6mm thick partitions and shall have IK Certification as per IEC 62262 for mechanical strength/ruggedness, after seven tank process and painting with Epoxy powder coating. The panel shall consist of suitable rating TPN Aluminium busbar (at the rating of 0.8A/Sq.mm) supported with DMC/ SMC barriers and color coded with Heat shrinkable sleeves. The Metering shall be provided as specified. The panel shall have Short circuit withstanding capacity of minimum 50KA and consist of the switchgear as mentioned below.The panel shall be got fabricated from manufacturers as per IEC 61439(Part-1&2).
