M & L for removing carefully following existing broken/unserviceable components/members of Book Case Four Door (TP) of size 914mm x 947mm x 32mm and supply and fixing new components/members duly finished complete all as shown on drawing and directed:- (a) M&L for removing of existing old used and unserviceable Glass Pane and fixing new Glass pane of size 710mm x 250mm long 3mm thick glass pane as shown on drawings.
(b) M&L for removing unserviceable Handle and providing new handle as shown on drgs.Make-Godrej
(c) M&L for preparation/cleaning of existing decorated surface / rubbing by emery paper, removing all spots, filling with putty, paint internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per drg.Make-Asian Paints/Berger Paints

(c) Front rail of size 450mm x 65mm x 25mm made out of 1st class hardwood (Teak).

(e) Side rail of size 545mm x 70mm x 25mm made out of 1st class hardwood (Teak).

(h) Material & labour for preparation of all wooden surfaces of Chair dinning cushioned by removing of exising polish by scraping with sand paper and making surface smooth including making base for receiving of French polish on all new replaced wooden components and applying two coats of French polish all as specified and as directed.
M&L for removing carefully the following existing broken / unserviceable fixtures / wooden members of Coffee Table with Glass Top (TP) and replacing new members duly finished of sizes as shown against each member, fixed in postion all as specified, shown on drawings and directed by Engr-in-charge :- (a) Glass Top of size 1200mm x 750mm x 12mm thick made out of hardened glass with smooth edges alround alongwith vacum cups for fixing with base made of Saint Gobain/ Modi Guard.
(b) Legs Made up of 1st Class Hard wood Teak as per the existing shape and size and removing the existing polish by scrapping with sand paper and making smooth surface and polishing with 2 coats of french polish and painting with Coffee colur as existing
(c) Foot rest made out of 1st class hardwood (teak) and removing the existing polish by scrapping with sand paper and making smooth surface and polishing with 2 coats of french polish and painting with Coffee colur as existing
(d) Material & labour for preparation of all wooden surfaces of Coffee Table by removing of exising polish by scraping with sand paper and making surface smooth including making base for receiving of French polish on all new replaced wooden components and applying two coats of French polish all as specified and as directed.

(b) Back & Front frame made out of 16mm MDF Board Two Side of Coffee Colour of length 6' x 4' to be fixed with wooden frame made up of MDF Board
(c) Side Frame made out of 16mm MDF Board of size 6.5' x 3' and to be fitted with existing frame and fixing the hydraulics and nut bolts.

(g) Removing carefully existing cover of seat/back cushion of size 560mm x 530mm x 100mm thick complete and material & labour for new cover of white long cloth not less than Rs 80/-per mtr and tapestry cloth of rate not less than Rs. 250/- per metre complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
(h) M & L for preparing old wooden surfaces of following furniture articles by removing old existing polish by washing with castic soda and rubbing with sand paper and applying French Polish complete all as specified, shown on drawings and directed by Engr-in-charge

(e) Back of mirror made of plywood 6mm thick commercial both sides of 300mm x 775mm.
(f) M & L for French Polish on complete Table dressing (Gents) after repairing including making base for receving of french polish on all new replaced wooden components all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Legs Made up of 200mm dia of Brass and polished with brass colour of existing shape and size and as per sample

(b) Lumber support for extra comfort anti shock back mechanism to prevent back rest from tilting the user.
(c) Arm rest made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'A' hardness and reinforced with MS insert scratch and weather resistant.
(d) Castor wheel as per existing size and shape specified.
(e) Pedestal assembly injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon 10.5mm dia forged bright zinc plated MS castor pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castor.

Charpoy GI pipe ply top similar pattern, Removing the existing unserviceable part with following new part as per Drg FD-220 (a) Removing existing unserviceable 12 mm thick ply top from Charpoy GI pipe, tightening complete charpoy i. e. loose check nuts, elbows, long rails & short rails and supply and fixing new plywood top 12mm thick , 7 ply commercial type, ISI marked , BWR grade of size 2020mm x 940mm on top (ply shall be provided in single piece for each charpoy) with 12 Nos galvanised iron nuts and bolts 6mm dia and 70mm long including sufficent numbers of GI washers of suitable size/thickness on top to maintain the plywood top in leveled position and one GI (heavy duty) washer on underside before tightening the nuts including embossing 'MES' with paint on all four corners of plywood top, complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- the size of plywood top viz 2020mmx 940mm shall be firm. No tolerance in size of plywood top shall be accepted. The plywood shall be provided in single piece for each (Drg No. FD-220)
(b) Removing unserviceable stiffeners from Charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing 02 Nos of square MS tube size 32mmx32mmx16 guage thick 836mm long(Appx) fixed on long rail, Painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer, 01 Nos nuts & bolts consist of washer fix with plywood on each tube, Welding the square tubes between two long rails at equal spaces to the centre including two holes on MS tubes, at equal space and directed by Eng- in - charge
(c) M&L removing old unserviceable long rails from Charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing new long rail of size 1884mm long made out of 32mm bore medium grade GI pipe duly threaded on both ends and locked with Check Nut on each side and fixing to charpoy complete all as specified and directed.
(d) M&L removing old unserviceable short rails from Charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing new short rail of size 814mm long made out of long rails retrieved vide item 1 (c) here-in-before duly threaded on both ends and fixing to charpoy complete all as specified and directed.
(e) M&L removing old unserviceable legs from Charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing new legs of size 394mm long made out of short rails retrieved vide item 1 (d) here-in-before duly threaded on one end and fixing to charpoy complete all as specified and directed.
(f) M&L removing old unserviceable 3 way elbow from Charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing new elbow 32mm bore (ISI ,marked) to charpoy complete all as specified as per drg.
Bed Hard FD/E6/MAP/08 similar pattern. Removing the existing unserviceable part with following new part as per Drg. (a) Removing Existing unserviceable Ply Wood and fixing new Ply Wood of size 1974 x 904mm made out of 12mm thick BWR commercial ply.
(b) Rubber shoe for leg
(c) M & L for spray painting two coats with black colour first quality synthetic enamel paint on all steel and iron surface complete Bed after repairing and all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Charpoy folding IP with hard top similar pattern. Removing the existing unserviceable part with following new part as per Drg FD-388 (a) Removing existing unserviceable 12 mm thick plywood top from charpoy folding IP and supply and fixing new plywood top ,12 mm thick, commercial type ,ISI Marked ,BWR grade of overall size 1990 mm x910 mm on top (plywood shall be provided in two equal pieces for each charpoy with appropriate gap in middle to facilitate folding of charpoy with 12 numbers of Nuts & bolts with GI washers of suitable size/thickness on top ,maintaining the plywood top in leveled position and one GI washer on underneath before tightening the nuts all as specified & directed.
(b) M & L for preparation of steel & iron surfaces of charpoy folding IP and spray painting two coats with synthetic black colour first quality synthetic enamel paint on all steel & iron surfaces complete all as specified shown on drawings and directed.
Charpoy with Hard Top wooden similar pattern. Removing the existing unserviceable part with following new part (Drawing No FD/MAP-II/01) (a) Removing Existing unserviceable Ply Wood and fixing new Ply Wood of size 1930 x 850mm made out of 12mm thick BWR commercial ply.
(b) M & L for preparation of steel &iron surfaces of charpoy with hard top and spray painting two coats with black colour first quality synthetic enamel paint on all steel and iron surface complete as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) All Plywood and MFD Board will be Make- Century/ Kitply/ Archid/ National/ Anchor as directed by Engr-in-charge. (ii) All Cushion and Mattress will be Make - Sleepwell or equivalent as directed by Engr-in-charge. (iii) All MS Steel Items will be Make- SAIL/TATA/Jindel. (iv) All Handle and Hook will be Make- Godrej or equivalent as directed by Engr-in-charge. (v) Paints and Polish will be all side of furniture and Make- Asian Paints/ Berger Paints/ British Paints/ Nerolac. (vi) All Glass/ Mirror will be Make- Modiguard/ AIS as directed by Engr-in-charge. (vii) All wood items will be Teak Wood Ist Class. (viii) All repair work carried out at GE Alwar furniture yard. (ix) Contractor should depute one Carpenter with helper and required tools on daily basis for routine work and no extra payment will be made out of this account as directed by Engr-in-charge.
