Providing reinforced cement concrete vertical cast in situ bored pile 500 mm dia of effective length of 8.5m for control room using M 30 design mix concrete and 20mm HBGS jelly metal ISS excluding cost of steel reinforcement, including providing of temporary casing pipe of minimum length of 1m at top using for stablishing the sides of bore holes for the remaining length concreting for this pile shall be done through transit pipes and minimum cement content shall be not less than 400 kg/m3. The reinforcement of the pile must be done upto top level of the pile cap, excluding cost of pile reinforcement. The cost includes mobilisation and de mobilisation of pile equipment as directed by Engineer in charge

Dismantling the Brick work met with below ground level during execution including labour, tools etc.complete.

Earth work excavation for foundation in ordinary soil with lead of 10 to 100 m and lift of 3m in sand ,silt or other loose soil,wet sand , or silt not under water,light black cotton soil, sandy loom and ordinary soil including excavated earth

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement and septic tank with filling sand in layers not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and watered consolidated etc complete as per standard specification

Re filling in foundation and basement with excavated earth in layers not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and watered consolidated etc complete as per standard specification

Transpoting the surplus excavated earth, debris etc away from the site to a lead of 5km including cost of all lead, lift, conveyance , loading, unloading etc.complete

Providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG machine crushed metal for foundation concrete including cost of all labour,materials ,lead ,lift ,curing etc.complete

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M25grade with a minimum cement content of 360 kg per cu.m for reinforced concrete structural elements under controlled water cement ratio with plasticiser using 20mm and down graded metal including form work,but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Plastering with cement mortar as indicated below including cost of all materials and all leads, lifts, labours, for plastering at all floors including labour, scaffolding, curing, etc, as per standard specification. For 10 Sqm.

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix using 12mm thick for inside and outside walls, for septic tank

White washing three coats with freshly burnt shell lime white in colour in all surface including cost of lime and other materials brushes scaffolding charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats with best quality plastic Emulsion paint of approved quality and colour overall one coat of primer over cement plastered surface necessary cleaning ,preparing the surface , curing including cost of all materials, labour lead, lift, etc., complete, as per std. specification and as directed by the Engineer..

Providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 for Transformer Plinth including charges for labour,centering etc complete as directed by engineer in charge

Supplying, laying and jointing of PVC pipe 110 mm dia 6kg/Sqcm for swear line of approved brand and ISI quality including cost of all materials and GI specials, fixing the pipes over BM/CC surfaces by taking grooves and fixing wooden plugs, screws firmly with special clamps as directed.

Supplying and fixing of RCC Manhole cover with pedastal square 600x600mm (HD) or RCC cover slab with pedastal square for the sewer manholes including cost of all materials, labour charges, etc., complete as per std. specification and as directed by the Engineer
