Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. Numbering the monument elements in proper order before lowering down with approved colour and shade as directed by Engineer in-charge, including ladder, scaffolding etc. complete.

Lowering down carefully existing stone masonry of the monument manually in proper order including shifting the stone elements up to a distance of 50 meter beyond the monument area and stacking them as directed by Engineer in-charge, removing building rubbish and cleaning the site etc. complete.

Providing Soil Bag Support to the monument with contractor's soil in proper layers carefully as directed by Engineer in-charge including filling, tying and conveying the bags, removing the soil bags after work up to a distance of 50 meter beyond the monument area and cleaning the site etc. complete. Providing soling using 80 mm size trap metal in 15 cm. layer including filling voids with Crushed sand/grit, Tramming, watering etc. complete.

Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with vibratory roller including artificial watering etc. complete.

Providing Dry Stone Masonry of trap / granite stones as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including in each course, headers hammer- dressed either height of the course are to be placed and to 1.5 metre (5') apart, the stones need not be dressed, but should be as flat-bedded as possible, no stone shall be less in breadth or length than height and not joints shall be more than 12.5 mm. (1⁄2"), the work to be brought up with a better of not less than 1 in 12, etc. complete.

Providing and laying cast in situ 1:2:4 Lime Concrete of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including bailing out water, centring, formwork, laying/ pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required with fine aggregate, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller and then mixing with coursed aggregate in drum mixer as per specifications including bailing out water, watering etc. complete.
