BOQ (GRASS CUTTING, DRAINS CLEANING AND CONNECTED WORK IN AIR FIELD AREA AT AF STN SURATGARH)

Cutting wild growth i.e. grass, shurbs, bushes etc upto 150 mm from ground level by using tractor with jungle jim including removing outside of ministry of defence land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Tenderer shall provide tactor with jungle jim, driver, diesel/petrol including T& P and rate shall be deem to included in quoted in rate.

Cutting wild growth i.e. grass, shurbs, bushes etc upto 50mm from ground level by hand hold brush cuttter (diesel/petrol) including removing outside of ministry of defence land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Tenderer shall provide machine, T&P & diesel/petrol and rate shall be deem to included in quoted in rate.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.50 metre deep for cleaning existing drains and bed of culverts over the drain including cutting of small bushes, small tree girth not exc 30 cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of muddy soil including cutting small bushes, small trees girth not exc 30 cm and removing excavated materials exc 1.5 KM and not exc 5.00 KM and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point in soil including levelling complete all as specified.

Removal of concertina coil dia 915 mm when stretched laid in drain for before cleaning and relaying the same after drain cleaning including nailing/grouting with cement and securing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc & removing debries out of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' , straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean raidus built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean raidus (except brick) built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Servicable bricks retrived from serial item No 06 above shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old bricks.

Bricks laid on edge, using sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, grouted in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 as in flooring laid to herring-bone pattern or diagonally including necessary surface dressing in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling in mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer), laid dry or laid dry and pointed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of cement plaster on brick or stone wall including raking of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish in low lying area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete including finishing even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in (below or above ground level) ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness and removal of rubbish in low lying area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bands etc like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered throating as directed incl form work (straight or curved) and finish all exposed surface facing of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains & likes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and staking of 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Stacking of aggregate in the shape of trapizoidal/square/Rectangular

Supply and staking of 63 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Stacking of aggregate in the shape of trapizoidal/square/Rectangular

Supply and staking of fine aggregate (coarse sand), complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Stacking of aggregate in the shape of trapizoidal/square/Rectangular

Supply only 400 micron polythene film (transparent) as per IS-2508 : 2016, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15 of tender documents.
