Repair to departmental Air Compressor NR-50 and other allied works mounted on Departmental Truck JK02H-6619.
Complete overhauling of fuel injection Pump by way of replacement of injector nozzles, plungers, elements, delivery valves, springs etc. The job includes calibration of F. I. Pump assembly and testing. The job includes cost of material and labour charges, complete job.
Repair to turbo charger of Rotomac NR-50 by replacing the coils and bushes as per requirement and replacing of damaged bearing and greasing to bearing complete job with cost of material and labour charges incl. dismantling and fitting charges
Repairing of self and dynamo of NR-50 by way of dismantling the self and dynamo and washing with petrol and then replacement of damaged parts, self field coil, self bearing, self drive pinion bearing, p/f of dynamo armature 1 no. dynamo bush, dynamo bearing 1 no. replacement of field coils bearing , nuts and bolts etc. & re-assembling and testing etc. Job shall be complete in all respects including cost of material and labour charges.
Changing of M. oil of Rotomac NR-50 by draining out the worn out oil and flushing with flushing oil. Extracting out old filters and providing fitting of M. oil, air filter, fuel filter, supper by pass filter after providing fitting of all filter. Filling of fresh M oil. Job includes cost of material and labour charges.
Providing of thrust ball bearings as per sample
Dressing of bearing housings with high quality electrodes and turning, polishing of same for fitting of bearings.
Fabrication of drive shaft and gear wheel kit including cost of material and labour. Complete job Note:- Rebate on account of cost of old/damaged/unserviceable parts is to be quoted percentage wise
