Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Plaster(Ceiling): 6 mm thick cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Provinding and fixing on wall face PVC pipes (IS:1626 Part-I Mark) of approved make with wooden plugs and MS clamps, jointing with spun yarn and soaked in bitumen and cement mortar (1:2) complete including making good the wall 100 mm Length 3 meter.

Kota Stone slabs flooring 25mm thick over 20mm (averege) thick base laid over and jointed with Grey cement Slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the Slab including rubbing and Polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coare sand) For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 sqcm.

PANTING ON DOORS & WINDOWS Painting with syntheitic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade to give an even shade new steel work (2 or more coat on new work).

Painting exterior surface of Wall with 100% acrylic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats including prepartion of base with sand papering, primer, putty, etc complete in all respect including scaffolding and safety provision . New Work
